Shopping at Parkway Scrubs is always a premium experience! Their team is courteous and highly educated on their products. Shelia has always helped me find the hottest scrubs and ensures the right fit! Brandon is also super friendly and stylish! At the end of my visit, he recommended me a badge reel of all things and I have gotten endless compliments on it! If you go to Parkway Scrubs, they will have you excited to return to work in style!

Brandon did a great job helping me find the perfect fit and style! He then helped me with a pair of custom insoles that I can’t live without. Highly recommend for all scrub and shoe needs!

Parkway Scrubs has the best selection of scrubs. Their customer service is second to none! Ms. Sheila was above AMAZING. She went above and beyond while helping SEVEN other customers at the same time! I feel she is your most valuable employee by far!

This was our first time at Parkway Scrubs and we will for sure be back. This is my ONLY go to store for sneakers for myself & family. I know I could go to any shoe store but, those stores can not beat the customer service that Parkway Scrubs offers. I met Kelley there about 14 years ago. I stopped in to look for scrubs for my nephew. She not only knows all the different lines of scrubs they carry but, her knowledge of all the shoes and sneakers is amazing! She is an expert with the machine that scans your feet by explaining the process and results. I have purchased their inserts to go along with my sneakers. Bonus points they make it on site! My husband loves the inserts so much he wears the inserts in his hockey skates! They have amazing sales so if you see the white tent out in their parking lot you need to STOP and ask for Kelley! You’ll be glad you did!

Went into the store today to buy some new scrubs for work. I was greeted immediately & asked if I needed any assistance. Sheila was absolutely amazing! She had plenty of suggestions for me & even helped me w/ grabbing different sizes. She was super knowledgeable about various brands & even brought me a jacket to add to the fit that was super comfy (I normally wouldn’t have even thought about a jacket). I’ll definitely be back for all my future scrubs needs!

Every Associate I interacted with was EXCEPTIONAL! They had larger sizes not only in uniforms but shoes as well. Customer services was hands down the best I have experienced in a long time.

The people are always kind and helpful. There is something for every level of wage. However, brand name items can be pricey when not on the clearance track. The $10 tent sales are great when a particular style is not a deal-breaker for you, but you need a particular color for your department. If there's anything you need that you don't see, including your size, these precious people will help you find it in store, make recommendations or even order it to be delivered to the store or home. I shop here when I come to appointments in Huntsville. They do have birthday coupons and a membership program. I've been using them for years and I don't plan to veer away from them, either!

Wow! My daughter and I were shopping for her first set of scrubs and Taylor was amazing! He knew so much about each brand, how the fit, the material and what is the most practical of all. The owner was making fresh popcorn in the popcorn machine and walked around offering refreshments to everyone. It felt like we were shopping in a boutique with a personal shopper! Very best experience!

I have always shopped for scrubs at Parkway Scrubs, but it had been a few years since I had updated my closet. Needless to say, scrubs have changed a lot over the last few years. It was a bit overwhelming with all of the choices and updated fits now available. I went during Nurse’s Week, so it was very busy, as expected.. Even though it was a busy time, the customer service I received was a 10/10 during my visit. Kristi was an excellent help to me in finding the styles and sizes I needed. She was super nice and helpful. Even with the store being busy, she still made sure I had 1 on 1 time to get exactly what I needed. I appreciate her helping me make sure I got the right fit and felt comfortable in my new scrubs very much! The store had a ton of different styles and options to pick from and had a great variety of sizes in stock. Since I became a nurse 11 years ago, I have always had a wonderful experience shopping at Parkway Scrubs! Keep up the good work and I will be back for more scrubs soon! Great number of brands of scrubs to choose from. Friendly staff and neat fitting rooms. Love their collection. They do have lab coats too.

Had a great experience. This is my go to shop for scrubs. I recently went to buy a pair of shoes for my husband and myself. Kristi was a great help and really took her time with assisting us in being fitted for shoes as well as fitted for inserts. She stayed after hours to make sure we had what we needed. Wonderful staff!

I always have outstanding service when I shop at this establishment. There is an employee named Brandon that is always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. While I can call him out by name I have never encountered anyone in the store that isn't providing excellent service. Great selection, fairly priced for quality work garments and shoes.

If you are in need of scrubs please let me recommend this place!!!! First of all very clean and appealing to the eye. Almost as soon as I walked in Ms. Barbara (I think that’s her name) greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance to which I said no because I just wanted to see what all they had. I was then approached by Kaitlin who gave the royal treatment. She assisted in finding sizes, checked on me in the dressing room, and even gave me water!!!! (Hot flashes) She definitely made my shopping experience very easy. When things didn’t fit she offered to go get another size and did it!! And did it with a smile!! I was greeted by at least four people working there today. AWESOME customer service!!!! Beside the beautiful smiling faces that greeted me, Parkway has a wide selection of scrubs and different colors to choose from. I am very pleased with them and the people that they have working with the community!!! Y’all keep it up!!!

I was really busy with events my entire morning and needed to order some scrubs for my employer, Brayden took his time with me and guided me step by step with my process. Will be coming here again!

Everyone in here was super helpful and attentive. They make sure all customers are acknowledged and assisted with whatever they need. Great selection of scrubs with a nice variety as far as price ranges.

The size of this store is so deceiving. They have a great selection of scrubs and sneakers for any career that requires spending extended amounts of time on your feet. The staff are so sweet and super helpful. The store is also very clean and organized. Thank you guys for such a well kept establishment.

If going to a Nursing program, check your syllabus. Things change frequently! The staff was very helpful. Wide variety/brands of scrubs. Everything you would need in the medical field in one convenient place.
