Used this location to return an Amazon purchase. Super easy return process without a label. The lady who handled my return was super quick and friendly. I was literally in and out within minutes. Recommend this location as they were super efficient and also good location and even had enough time to get a smoothie next door. 😋

I read a few posts that this store was totally inadequate in service & availability. My experience was totally different; with a short wait in line to be served, they were speedy, gracious & very helpful. I counted 3 agents helping customers & looked like a trainer was checking around & answering questions. I don't know how they could have been more efficient. If all stores are like this one, congratulations.

This location is the best UPS store that I’ve ever visited. I do visit this one often and the atmosphere is positive, pleasant and the employees are so professional. Vernon was super helpful as well as professional and I witnessed him greeting multiple customers in the same manner (professional and with a pleasant smile).

LaCarsha is a phenomenal manager and she sets the standards in her store. She was friendly and professional. She was also patient with her customers and kept them informed of the status (i.e. thank you for your patience sir or ma’am, we will be with you shortly). She also greeted all customers in a friendly and helpful manner. She had excellent leadership skills.

Hands down….best UPS you’re going to visit and if I’m honest, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. We all know that’s rare these days. I can only speak about Vernon, this man deserves a promotion (management preferably) Eye contact, jokes, speed, affirmative words, attention to detail, light hearted, & a fly hair cut, check check & check. Outstanding customer service by The manager LaCarsha. She is very patient and understanding. She is Thorough shows high concerns for needs the kind of person that will make you happy to come back to UPS. GREAT TEAM AS WELL.

Used their service today to return items to Verizon. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and extremely helpful. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely use this service again.

After reading reviews I had low expectations, but was close by so I stopped in to mail a package. There were two people working and at least a half dozen people ahead of me in line. I checked my watch because I didn't have much time. I was headed out the door four minutes later. Employees were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Pretty efficient staff. Even longer lines move fairly quickly and when they don't it's almost always a customer, not the staff, slowing things down.

I love this place. They have always been very helpful on assisting my needs. I ship frequently, and I have had nothing but a great experience here. The customer service is one of a kind. They not only greet myself when I walk in the door, but if I have my children, they interact with them as well. To me, that is going above and beyond. I will continue to use them for all my shipping needs. Keep up the good work team!

They are always so kind and the manager looks like he is smiling by the eyes always. They have their issues with tech as any other business, but they are always working hard and kind to the customers.

This location has been my “office address” for almost 10 years now. These folks are always so friendly and helpful.
