Absolutely amazing service!!
Just bought my first kayak from a store (this store), and all the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Knowledgeable... as in they actually have in depth knowledgeable on the kayaks (and everything else I needed to get)!
Helpful: They had knowledge that went beyond the manual provided, that absolutely will help me with maintenance. They put the kayak together and loaded it for me.

This business is a 10 out of 10... but Google only has a 5 star system.

Very awesome customer service! The guy behind the counter made the initiative to contact seatosummit for replacement part for me! That was very nice! And they price match too! I was really glad because I loved the hat and it was the only one! Definitely will continue to come here for all my exterior adventures! 😊

Hands down my favorite outdoor sporting good store! I love to hike, camp and play disc golf and they have everything you need for all of the above! Shout-out to Josh and Josh up there, I know there's other employees but they are the guys I usually end up dealing with.

Very nice local outdoors store and they often have pretty good discounts. Got my hiking boots from here and some Teva sandals for a larger discount than REI puts on them. Bigger footwear selection than REI too.

The salespeople are always very helpful and attentive when you need to try on abunch of different shoes and sizes to find the perfect fit! Some of the best customer service out there

I will say that everyone here is very friendly, helpful, highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I haven't heard of Mountain Sports until I did a deep dive on a discontinued roof rack system and to my surprise, Mountain Sports has them in stock and reasonably priced. No price gouging like other sellers.

I didn't want the latest and greatest from Yakima with their Baseline system and found that Mountain Sports has Yakima's last generation Q Tower system in stock. I placed an order on their eBay store for local pickup. I'm glad I did the local pickup. This place is a hidden gem. Mountain Sports is not a big box retailer that tries to push you to upgrade or spend more. I spent a good 30 mins just browsing around making a mental list of what I need to pick up for my next visit. This place is a paradise for the outdoor folks.

I wish I was good at remembering names. This person help me find a pad for my Q-tower kit. He gave me a piece of very helpful advice; "Find another clip kit that contains the pads you are looking for." It didn't dawn on me to look at different clip kits. These clips have been discontinued for years. I did a quick search and found them in a different kit!

Just because of his advice, Mountain Sports has found a new customer for life!

This is a hidden gem , similar to an REI only smaller . Found what I was looking for and then some. Guys were helpful, n friendly,5 stars.

My gf and I bought kayaks from here about a month ago. They had great staff willing to answer our silly questions and help guide us. I thought I had everything prepped for mounting the kayak but the strongly advised on them being secure at the front and back as well as the middle area. They helped mount some extra equipment to our car and got us all the gear we needed to get in the water.

Super people! The way you should run a business. Always helpful, price matching, and expert advice. Thanks to Bill for special order that cost $2.95 vs part over $50.

Friendly camping and outdoor supply/sporting goods store with that hometown feel. Great selection of products and amazingly helpful and friendly staff! I'm happy I found them and will definitely be a returning customer.

Walked in on a whim, walked out with a new Kayak. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and a guy named Ryan showed me around. We went over several different Kayaks together, and though he showed we many different kayaks he didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want or need. Spent exactly what I wanted to spend and had a great experience. Will definitely go back to buy more stuff from them.

Mountain Sports has a great selection for women's shoes. I went to two other stores before I found this gem. The other stores had limited options and most of their women's shoes were sandals. Very happy to find this place! I will come back for all of my outdoor needs.

Would highly recommend Mountain Sports, they had the kayak that I wanted at a very good price. They also have various kayak roof racks and accessories for transport, and tied the kayak down to my roof at no extra cost, which also taught me how to do it myself. Get a decent kayak, it will increase your speed and maneuverability and you will have a lot more fun on the water.

Top-notch, knowledgeable, and friendly service that goes beyond selling products. Additionally, they have quality products and are locally owned. This is now my first choice for finding outdoor gear.

Simply the best. Not a big fan of that song but I am of Mountian Sports. Online or in store they really are better than all the rest.
