Kylee was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I was having a rough day, my garment broke before work so I ran into the store before closing. She didn’t make me feel rushed and even offered to have some of the items that I wanted ship to the store since they weren’t available at the time.

Excellent costumer service. The ladies working there are polite, nice and helpful all the time. Just ask for assistance and they will be right there helping you.

Amazing store and thrilled that there is one at the outlets!! The store was merchandised and organized perfectly. It was very easy to shop and browse their selection. Their fitting room area was cute. I love that the sales associate said the room is reserved just for you after writing my name of the card hanging from the fitting room knob. I found two tops on clearance for a great price! Checking out was pleasant. The sales associate was polite and wished me a Happy Birthday. Great experience! Will return the next time I am in the area.

I love coming to this location I always have a great experience with Callie and Carson they make it extra special. They're always willing and able to tell me about extra special deals and sales and show me the newest items in the store. I don't mind driving the extra 20 minutes to come to this location just for that one-on-one experience.

Had a awesome time! It was my gf's bday and I was stressed about going into Lane Bryant cuz I know she loves it and they can be pricey. I wish I knew the name of the girls who helped us because they made her feel like a queen! I placed an online order to be delivered to the store and 1 item didn't fit. I was able to bring it back to the store and they ordered an exchange. This will be sent directly to my home! Very pleasant and easy!
