The UPS Store

Over the past month I have visited this UPS Store many times and each time the staff is very pleasant, the line moves quickly, no one gets irritated. Today, once again, a young employee, Irina, very calmly and respectfully explained all the features of sending my box and was extremely polite.

I had a very large antique framed piece of art packed and shipped from this location and they did a fabulous job. I was worried it might get damaged but it arrived in pristine condition. Staff at this location is friendly and reliable!!

We love the store. Having a UPS store right down the street is super convenient, especially for compulsive Amazon shoppers like we are. With as much as we buy, some things have to go back and the two owners at The UPS store are super efficient and friendly and helpful. We also have packages that need to go out from time to time and some notarizing here and there and it's great to have a local place where we can take care of all those items and know they are well done.

Mike, Chris, and Lynn are just a pleasure to know and do business with - they are all very diligent and professional in meeting the needs of their customers. I have consistently had a good experience every time I’ve been in their store and used their services. They are simply the best, and my “go to” folks whenever I need shipping services or any other services they offer. Outstanding customer service!

This is the best UPS store I've found and not just because they are close. They take pride in everything that's shipped from them. I'm able to track what I send out. The staff are kind and courteous and never try and rush you thought what you need to do. Each person is as important as the next and they do all they can to help you complete your task, shipping, notary, fax, whatever you may need. It's great to be able to run in and out to get the job done with ease. Thank you. Great Job.

Needed to send some holiday china to Colorado. Called and explained the situation to Chris. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Took in the 59 pieces of china later that day. Professional atmosphere, Very reasonable price. Felt very confident that I made the right choice in selecting this business to pack and ship my valuables.. Looking forward to receiving and using the china next Christmas.

Christopher was one of the most helpful associates I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. He heard my plight and made sure everything was fixed without a hitch. On top of that, the store was spotless, organized and was nice to walk into. He and his brother are remarkable, and I wouldn't give them anything less than 5 stars.

Great store! Very helpful, courteous and professional. We had to ship a large package to upstate New York. We had previously gone to the post office which quoted a price of over 75$, and didn't offer any alternatives. We took the large box and the presents inside to this store. The gentleman was extremely helpful and gave us all our options. Offering to cut the box down, and every possible shipping option including the prices and arrival time. My wife opted out and we ended up spending double at a different location. In the future we will do all of our business here! Highly recommend!

The owners and operator's of this UPS store are professional, courteous, efficient and always helpful with great shipping rates and solutions. Their business services are wide, varied and helpful to the business person that is on the go and mobile. I would not be as efficient in my business or personal shipping and marketing matters if it were not for the management and employees of this company. Exceptional!

Everyone is always very helpful with packing and paperwork for shipping national or international goods. I also love to use their copy shop! Great prices for copying or printing services! My UPS Store.....I have had nothing but high praise for the people in this store. Everyone is helpful, be it shipping packages, faxing, receiving email, or sending an email. I recommend their services all the time, and no one has ever been disappointed. Oh and they are always glad to see you, even if you just in to say, “HELLO!”

I have been using this UPS store since we moved over 5 years ago. The service has always been consistent and efficient. The staff is alway cheerful and reliable. They also have great greeting cards. I sometimes make a special trip just to find the right card. I highly recommend this store.

This is my neighborhood store and Chris (owner) is wonderful. He helped me with breakable, hand made mirrors at Christmas and took such care packing them. All made it to their destinations without issue. I will not go to any other UPS store!

I wanted to ship a piece of art without a frame but did not want the package bent in any way. The owner of this store was so helpful in wrapping the article and packaging it. A couple of yrs ago I had to send an article back north to a friend who had left it here in Nokomis. Again, he packaged the article so it was secured and would be safe in travelling. This store's customer service is the BEST!

Nokomis UPS is absolutely awesome! They helped me with a lost package in Canada that involved lots of research and multiple calls, paperwork, and in the end, a refund. They made it easy for me. Losing the sentimental package was bad enough, but they handled all the real investigative work, which made the whole ordeal less taxing. I've also gone in for lots of other mailing and copies. Each time it's the same good result. You wont be disappointed. Thank you for your good, old fashioned, speedy, friendly and knowledgable neighborhood dependability!
