AT&T Store

I needed a new phone (old one 6 years old). Entered the store and Eli immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and inquired how he could help me. I explained and he quickly reviewed my needs and made some suggestions without “high pressure sales tactics”. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Eli was excellent in customer service and professionalism. Great job Eli!

Eli was so patient and helpful while doing our large order. I appreciate the wonderful help and wonderful conversation! Thank you so much Eli! We got a new upgraded phone, switching of phones, Apple Watch added, along with setting up ATT Fiber!

I was helped by the manager, Devin, today and it was the best customer service I have ever received. I had a very complicated situation with my phone recently stolen overseas, but he was fantastic and solved the issues efficiently and kindly. Thank you Devin!

Great place. They are Local people that have been with AT&T for years. Customer service is at times a lost art…. Not here. Dan was very helpful and more than willing to dig into my phone issues. He also sold me a new case. I’ll come back here to this corporate AT&T intentionally. The store is just north of the Route 207 and 312 intersection on the NE side near Big Lots.

Came down to the AT&T store today. We had some issues with our iPhone. We went to a store out in Jacksonville and got some phones, but they didn’t quite pair correctly. There was a lot going on on these phones. Andrew was there and took care of everything he paired my father‘s hearing aids, he paired up his Apple Watch. He even updated his Apple Watch watch If I had guess, I’d say he was a veteran at the store. Five stars.

My experience was beyond fantastic. Staff was very attentive and kind. We had Drew and Drew was absolutely great! He made the process so simple and painless. I dread getting a new phone and the whole process. Drew made it enjoyable and so easy!

I went to the AT&T store off of US one in the hobby lobby. Plaza and Monica was able to help me and my daughter within 10 minutes get her a new iPhone. She was excellent knowledgeable, and had a smile on her face, the entire time, knowing how much it meant to us for this monumental moment!

We upgraded to 3 new phones on our existing plan. We had a scheduled appointment, which occurred at the exact scheduled time. We had to return to the store about 2 hours later to resolve a technical issue. It was handled immediately and completely! A very pleasant experience, overall.

Excellent customer service. I was helped the moment I walked through the door by the manager, Nate. He was so helpful and answered every question we had. I needed to get my phone activated and after spending hours at the Apple Store, and feeling stressed and exhausted, Nate was able to help me quickly and just had a great personality. 10/10 recommend this AT&T location!

Excellent service. So helpful and polite. Elis G went out of his way to connect with me as a customer and helped with my phone issues. Additionally, he reviewed my plan and found a way for me to save money. The manager, Devon, helped tremendously by assisting with my phone update that kept failing. 10 out of 10 stars.

My phone was not working properly, and I needed to send it in for repair. I was almost in a panic to be without my phone for several days. Dan helped me get my data transferred to my old phone temporarily and helped me prepare my current phone to send in for repair. He was patient, kind, and so helpful! He managed a very stressful situation for me . DAN is the MAN!

Elis and Nathan just gave us five star service! We had an exceptionally complicated technical issue and they calmly persisted through multiple steps to get it resolved, all while being pleasant and professional. We feel well taken care of!

Dan was awesome, helped me get my new phone set up quickly and efficiently and helped me save money. Also, I love that he didn't push me to get a phone I didn't want.

Dan is beyond amazing , for years we have been coming here and requesting Dan . He goes above and beyond . He explains everything that other stores have never . We leave feeling happy with the price and item we got .
He also has been able to help fix mess ups other att stores have done .

I was having difficulty with pop up ads on my phone which seemed to disappear when I wanted to show them to someone. Andrew was amazing. He told me how to identify the offender and get info for him to help. Since I had taken so much off my phone, to rid myself of the pop up ads, I almost had nothing left. I returned with a picture of the offender, and the issue. Andrew was able to remove the offender and return the phone back to "normal". I so appreciated his patience and skill. Thank you for a great experience.

Michael is the best rep your store could ever employ! Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, respectful, kind, and helpful to the utmost! AT&T should be grateful that he works for you! Never let him go! We could not have had anyone better to help us with all the issues we brought in, never expecting them to get resolved quickly and effectively, with added discounts and great products. Honestly, I was considering leaving the AT&T store because there were several customers in the store and I thought I might have a long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised when the employee greeted us and asked what we were there for while he was waiting for another customer who was retrieving information. This employee quickly resolved our complaint of a yellowing Pelican case that was not even a year old by replacing it in just a few minutes. Our entire experience was refreshing because the employee was pleasant and helpful, and nowadays the customer service for most companies is lacking in the old adage that "the customer comes first."

Great service and friendly staff at the 312 store by Hobby Lobby. Jairo and Temeris took excellent care in helping me pick out my new iPhone 15 plus in Barbie pink.
