This is my phone carrier which I am well pleased. They always answer any of my questions and take care of any technical problems with my phone. I have a Android phone which I always ask if they have cheaper ones in the back which they do. Never invest in an expensive phone when they break down every 3 years. No insurance on mine just put it in a carrying case and it is safe. If stolen just pay another cheap price for phone $59.99 and move on. Service is great never have low bars or signal. Range is all over United States and covers other foreign countries but, I don't use that. They also have auto pay which is great. Your never late. Lisa Bowden

Took my wife over to upgrade her phone the other day, not only were we able to go in and get her an upgrade in literally less than 15 minutes, but when the phone she did end up getting had a technical defect that only made itself known after she took a call, we were able to go back the same day and they took care of it.
