First time to this Store & this County. As you enter the store you are greeted politely by the workers with a smile.

I needed Notary Services: which they had available on a SATURDAY. I was able to send my Documents Off as well using UPS Delivery Services.

My experience was a good one, staff (two ladies) were pleasant respectful & took pride in their service delivery.

Continue to be professionals, the service was well received with appreciation and satisfaction

Incredibly helpful staff, even when I was an emotional wreck. I returned a package with them and found out it was the wrong package, totally my fault. They didn't judge and just helped me quickly and kindly both in person and on the phone. Wish I had gotten their names, hope they are paid well.

🙌🏾 down the best UPS store. The staff is always friendly, and the take their time with the elderly, and have extreme patients. I love Nelly, and Dre said hey lol. My go to from now on. Very spacious and clean and they have a large amount of PO boxes.

This is by far the BEST UPS STORE in Henry County!! I’ve used them all, this is the only location where all the employees are friendly, kind and helpful! The day crew is mostly young men and they are outstanding at what they do. The evening shift is mostly females, they are also good but not as knowledgeable as the day shift. This has become the only UPS store in Henry County I’ll use. I live in Locust Grove and drive to Eagles Landing each week. The Locust Grove store needs to take training classes the Eagles Landings Group!!

My go to for Amazon shipments. It can be crowded at times, but their team members do a very good job. Always clean and well organized.

When I walked in, I noticed people were walking out, because they have been waited on fairly quickly. I stood in line no longer than two minutes, and was out and in about the same time. Jody, Rodney & the young at the counter were amazing. Thx for not wasting my time!🥰🥰

They are fast, affordable and I will not use USPS! The guys know me well since I ship so much here.

I would give ten Stars if possible. There was a clerical error on a customs document on a package I was sending to Canada. The error prevented my package from being delivered for approximately 3 weeks. Karl the manager worked with me making calls and sending emails 2 UPS locations to try and correct the problem. Eventually the problem was resolved. I have been using this UPS Store for approximately 20 years and the reason I continue to use this store location is for this type of outstanding customer service. I have never had any issues shipping overseas at all and on the one event I experienced, the customer service response was incredible! I highly recommend this store! Great staff and leadership.

I have gone to this UPS store now twice in the past month and though it's very busy I have twice now got Jody at the service desk. Guy is top notch and always makes it so easy on me when I have to get things shipped out.

Jody is the kind of guy if you need a customer service rep at your business you would find the $$$ to snag him.

He could just service me, do the job he hired to do, and not be as friendly as he is but he really makes it a great experience when going to this UPS store.

I've been using this store for shipping, Amazon returns, printing and notary public for several years now. They're always friendly, courteous and professional.

I came on a busy Monday afternoon, and there was a long line wrapped around the store. I thought about leaving and coming back another day, but decided to wait it out as best as I could. The staff got the line down so fast! I was impressed by that. I came to get something notarized, and will definitely be back soon to send packages. Customer service from the staff was also good.

I went to this location to return items to AT&T. There was an extremely long line pretty much outside of the door. However, a young lady by the name of Key whom wasn't even assisting me had that line MOVING SUPER FAST!! She was dealing with individuals promptly and didn't make one mistake. I had to ask for her name because that is what you call "Customer Service!" She was balancing 3 customers at a time and was still able to give each person the attention needed!
Thank you Key for moving that line the way you did and in turn making it easier for the other associates to get to me in a timely manor.
You deserve a Raise and Recognition for the amazing work you do!

She has gone absolutely above and beyond in every way to work with us in getting a large print to Canada through UPS. Her persistence (stick-to-it-tiveness), professionalism and sense of humour have made this experience more than palatable.

Came here during peak hours, the parking lot was packed and you could barely get in the door good but they were so efficient. Although the line was all the way to the door I spent less than 10 mins in here. On top of fast service the guy who checked me out, named Jody I believe, was really nice.

I’m impressed by the team work in this outlet. Service is brisk and smart.

I went into this UPS location and I received fantastic customer service from this gentleman named Greg. He helped me as quickly as he could while assisting other customers at the same time. I appreciated his kindness and communication with me. He made sure that I, along with other customers, were taken care of. He also had the patience with me to explain certain things I did not understand. Honestly, we need more people like Greg at this store. I was very impressed!

Our relationship with this UPS Store began with them bailing us out when we had a quickly approaching deadline. They more than earned our business that time, and have repeatedly exceeded our expectations. We have used them for direct mailing, flyers, posters, banners, and invitations. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Ed, the graphic artist is knowledgeable and hardworking. The owner Jon goes so above and beyond, and delivers excellent customer service every single time!

UPS Eagle's Landing provided the very best in packing and shipping for two pieces of antique furniture going to Phoenix. April was fantastic in lining up our transaction and everyone involved provided A+ customer service. The furniture was extremely WELL PACKED. We couldn't be any happier!

I needed to Fax and mail a letter certified and RRR. Jordan explained what i needed to do and said he would do it if I wasn't sure I could. I stepped aside and he continued to wait on customers with a smile and a professional manner. When I was ready he finished my transaction with great efficiency and I was on my way. He and his coworker were moving the line quickly. I was impressed. I told Jordan I would be back.
