I wouldn’t normally leave a review for for this company cause I know what to expect BUTTTT there’s a new African American lady who works this morning … 1/07/24 at 1am… her service was absolutely amazing!!!!!! She’s was very considerate with my purchase and I would love to keep coming back just for her. I wish I had her name,but I hope she sees this and you guys offer her a promotion! I’m a concierge Director so I know customer service when I see it.

In June 2023, we frequented this 7/11 where we got coffee and tea every morning, warming our Miami vacation breakfasts. The people at the cashier were incredibly kind and accommodating. One morning, my mother accidentally spilled her freshly made tea. She apologized multiple times and still wanted to pay for it. At that point, the incredibly friendly cashier assured her that it wasn't a problem and there was no need to pay. My mother then wanted to leave a tip. The cashier came over and hugged my mother. Apparently, she mentioned that you both come in every day with a smile, brightening her day. She truly made our day more than sweet.

As tourists, we have been to several other shops in the area where they tried to rip us off, but here they were always fair. The prices and products are good. I can recommend.

I was driving to the South Beach from fort Lauderdale Wednesday 0300 am and was dying for 7 eleven coffee. Most of 7 elevens now got those touch screen coffee machines with amazing lates for the right price. So on my way I stopped by 4 7 elevens and they machines were out of service for some reason, but only here It was perfectly working, many thanks to the guy who was working that night. 02.08.2023 0300 am

My hotel did have coffee. A life saver. The guy working this morning was so nice and professional. Please acknowledge him for great service
