First time coming here and it was an amazing experience! I want to thank Mrs. Kenzie for the amazing service she gave us and a wonderful experience too! Highly recommend this place for anything fun and wild you would like to experience with yourself or partner!

I was shopping for a rabbit vibe and Kaitlyn recommended one that was sliiiightly more expensive. I decided to go for it... OH. MY. GOD. It is life-changing!!! Please tell Kaitlyn thank you from me, and give her a raise!

Adriana was beyond sweet and helpful! She took her time with me to show me every toy I was curious about. She was so friendly and patient. All my questions were answered and I was able to bring home a purchase I am not going to regret!

I came into the store for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I had not been in an adult shop in a long time and this Velvet Box location did not disappoint! Everything is so beautifully displayed and perfectly organized. The store is packed with awesome products. The staff is so welcoming and sweet too! Bianca and Senovia are so kind and very knowledgeable about their store. I felt very at ease and honestly like I had made two new friends. Definitely come visit these two babes to have top tier treatment :)

Bianca was phenomenal!!! Awesome listener and she knows the products. I was getting something to surprise my girlfriend and she had a plethora of things to show me within the desired range of pleasure. I highly believe she deserves to gain a promotion and I admire the time and commitment she put into serving me and the company! Awesome job Bianca!

*Update* Came to the store again because my girlfriend and I liked the selection and the staff. This time I was helped by Cassandra and she had PHENOMENAL customer service as well. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and she was super sweet. Again, I highly recommend this place.

Hi, my husband and I visited your Plano store yesterday. Victoria was super helpful and nice. She took the time to explain to me that over time, a vibrator can desensitize the body. She also said that the air technology increases blood flow. I didn't know that. Thank you so much for Victoria! She is wonderful and super Awesome! Love visiting this place! Cassandra helped me so much and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products! The entire team is so friendly and very helpful on ANY question! This is my favorite toy place!

So to get here is a little tricky but worth the drive. The store is well layed out in different sections. There is a changing room available. Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgable. From coming from christals normally, there is a difference of products and brands. Id like to see velvet box have a more product documented website to help tell what they have. You can see their top staff picks which kinda helps you confirm if they have the product(s) you want. This store per say is classy but if anything it doesnt make you feel like you're in a cheap place. It is clean and lit well enough to be intimate. I was impressed with their lingerie quality and assortment. Its similar to fredericks in my opinion which is a major positive since most stores are gone. The lingerie is well priced (not THAT pricey) but not cheap halloween material. Overall, i was glad i went because i wanted to see the toy i wanted in person.

Bianca helped my wife and I throughout the store, at first we went in and didn't ask for help and just tried to figure out what we wanted on our own. But, Bianca came by started talking to us and was very helpful and explained all the different stuff they had. She even opened up the boxes to give us a better look and she was just the pinnacle of great customer service! We were very happy with our purchases and experience at the store!

Morgan was amazing!! She helped us find our wanted toys. She opened boxes for us to try out the different settings. She showed us how to keep them in the best condition. She even laughed at my jokes. Definitely ask for Morgan when you come in!!

Had a 5 star experience today! Lindsey is phenomenal! Not only did she make me feel very comfortable but her customer service skills are over the top. A very satisfied customer.

Naj from Velvet box gave us the best experience! We came in absolutely shock and overwhelmed but she held our hand and walk us through explaining everything to us! We absolutely love it and will be back!! Naj is your girl to come if you’re a beginner!

Lindsey (store manager) is AMAZING! I came in looking to explore and see what’s new and she had so much to show me. She’s incredibly knowledgable and sweet. Highly recommend coming in whether you’re new to this stuff or experienced!

So Friend and myself decided to go to The Velvet Box just to look around with no intention to buy anything but when I tell you NAJLA stepped in with all the answers, demonstration, recommendation and the presentation itself about everything I showed interest in was amazing, her customer service was so awesome, she had Friend so anxious and excited wanted one of everything she showed him. So MS. NAJLA you are very appreciated continue being the amazing worker that you are.

The store had a very nice, clean, and welcoming atmosphere! Cassandra, the employee there was super helpful in educating and offering advice on the products. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good shopping experience!

Today I went to velvetbox for the first time and they did not disappoint!!!! Bianca was lovely and helped me for over an hour to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for 10/10 reccomend and will be returning.

This place is the bee’s knees. The staff is so sweet (especially Najla)! They make you feel so at ease, with no judgement, and answers to all of your questions. I’ve honestly never thought I’d feel so comfortable in a shop like this! :)
