Taylor’s Do it Center

Very helpful to locate items I was seeking. Extra discretionary effort by staff to locate and restore my rewards records.

Although the store does not have as many options as a Home Depot or Lowe’s, it has basically everything you would need. I was able to purchase a drill and it has worked great so far. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Fully stocked, good selection, available staff, well organized and clean.

Always good for a quick trip to the hardware store

Always great service! 9/15/2022 I needed a leaf blower! Had to get help because they were stored up high! The young man who got it was very helpful! A sealed box but he checked it and it wasn't complete! Thanks to him I left with everything I paid for! That is super customer service!

We love this place. The staff were friendly and helpful always ready to crack a joke. They have a unique assortment of items I even buy my grandson's Christmas stocking stuffers here every year. There's so much more personal than Lowe's or Home Depot. It's like your local down home hardware store.

Needed propane bottles filled Thanksgiving eve... Deep frying 2 birds Thanksgiving and visiting from out of town not knowing where to get them filled was told couldn't go wrong going to Taylor's... And they were right.. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Taylor's for just about anything you would need.

I love coming here to get Christmas lights. They are the only ones that have a color variety on the large bulbs. I habe a store close to work and they are much more helpful and convenient compared to Lowe's or home depot!

Great customer service. I was looking for some help with insulation. The manager of the store help me out. These guys earned my business in one visit. Much better than my previous experiences with lowes on Virginia Beach boulevard.

I filled out my Rewards Card while at the register checking out ,and apparently my penmanship was poor. However the young lady at the register called me later,, As my phone number was ligable, and confirmed all my information. Good ole fashion customer service. Love it. I didn't catch her name, but it started with a D.

I shop a lot of hardware. Always prefer the independent locals over the chains. Taylor's is my first choice.

Had two small tasks to get done. The staff was very professional, and the tasks were completed quickly.

Great selection of tomato plants and inside everybody is so professional and found everything I needed for my project today!

Everytime I go here the employees are very helpful and nice. The inventory is a little limited because of the size of the store, but it is good for supplies when in a pinch.

I needed to exchange deck chairs that I had bought at the Haygood store. Even though the Haygood store had not scanned the chairs properly, Frank was so helpful in completing the exchange and helping me get the chairs and table in my car (this help was not offered at the Haygood store). Was definitely "that" customer tonight. Walked in 15 minutes before they closed to look for a part I didn't know what size it was. Face palm. The gentleman took his time to help me find what I was looking for and it made them close a couple minutes late bc of me. Kudos, that's how you do it!

Crazy to find a great hardware center so close to the beach. Great selection and friendly service. Also has quite a lot of beach needs like chairs, canopies, and such.

Now this is my first time going in this store that is one of the cleanest well-designed hardware stores that I've ever seen everything was packed neatly labeled had everything I needed and I was very surprised if they had some of the stuff that they had their

Plenty of parking, 4 people working, great service. Much faster considering the time you have to spend in the big box stores. Highly recommended
