My phone died all the sudden as the screen burned out, so I rushed to the store off Lynnhaven and Landon White was such a huge help me! He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made himself available to answer all the questions I had and helped me with all my issues with everything. Verizon, you definitely need to promote this man and give him a huge raise! Landon, with your wonderful attitude, you will always be successful! Many blessings to you and thanks again for all your help and getting me my awesome new phone!

Just wanted to say thank you to Keegan for his exemplary service last night. I came into the store an hour before close (baby in tow) and Keegan listened to my problem, helped me find the exact phone case I was searching for, and even went above and beyond to apply a new screen protector for my phone. I appreciate the positive attitude and stellar customer service, I will be back!

My experience with this Verizon location was amazing. Landon W helped me with the whole process with setting me up with a new iPhone. He made it go not only very quick but smoothly as well. Keegan H also helped and gave his expert opinion on what different features the store had to offer. I will go back to this location Everytime.

We had an appointment last night and were lucky enough to have Ashley S working! She is AMAZING! She was so helpful and went way above and beyond to assist. Truly personalized service. In my decades of Verizon experience I have never had any luck with true customer service...until last night!! If only we could clone this woman! I cannot say enough about her. She is a huge asset to Verizon and this store. I only wish she could help with internet services too!

Mia at the Lynnhaven Drive store in Virginia Beach is a rockstar. I switched from another carrier just to get the NFL Sunday Ticket. The website for signing up was worthless. The button to get signed up was either static or redirected you back to the same place. I couldn’t get it to work at home so I went back to the store. Mia tried on the office computer, her own tablet, and on my phone. Nothing worked. There was a free offer and one that cost $40. I didn’t need that one. In the end that button worked but the free one didn’t. Seems suspect but whatever. Mia worked on this for at least an hour. Great customer service from her, the website, not so much. I’ll be looking for my $40 refund.

Ethan was so supportive in helping me with my dead iPhone this morning, even thou he couldn’t make a sale because of out of stock. So much appreciate his kindness.

Mia helped us when we got a new phone and also guided us through the process of changing our internet provider to FIOS. Once FIOS was installed she guided us through a number of questions we had. She was patient and extremely helpful.

As I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcoming! Taylor is the definition of what customer service should be. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and possibly change my plan. She found the perfect phone and plan for what I was looking for! Asked me all the right questions and answered all of mine for me to understand the process. This was one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had at a Verizon store! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will be returning to this location for any of my phone related needs.

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years and I am so impressed with this location! I went into the Marina Shores location just looking to adjust my monthly bill and data plan, Trinity H. assisted me in not only lowering my bill but also helping me upgrade the lines on my account. She was helpful, informative and had a great attitude. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I recently had to upgrade my devices and went to the Verizon off shore dr and when I got there Emily was there to greet me with a smile and help me with what I needed. She was able to show me some cool things I didn’t know I could do on my new phone while I was upgrading and made sure I understood how to properly work my device. After I was all set up she even gave me one of her business card just in case I was confused with something. All in all a great experience at Verizon.

Purchased a new phone at Target and needed help from Verizon. The local stores near my home we’re closed and I was in a panic. I found the Marina Shores location open.
I could tell as soon as I entered the store that they were going to be very helpful. Jarred and Brandon were quite busy but I waited my turn patiently.
I explained to them what I needed and they said it could be done very easily it would just take a long time. They got me started and I left and came back two hours later and everything was almost totally complete. They were so knowledgeable and explained everything And made it so easy for me.
I was so pleased with the service I received at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.
