I stopped in because I saw the bait and tackle sign on the way by. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They have some of the most fair prices on their tackle I’ve seen anywhere let alone in a touristy area. Great prices on bait and tackle, and some of the best prices on lead and ice in the area. I’ll definitely be a return customer whenever I’m in town!

Excellent service. I stopped on to buy a new bicycle and the experience was great. The prices were better than other shops at the Oceanfront, the service was great. They made all necessary adjustments and even the installed the basket I purchased quickly. They made sure I was happy with the setup. They also offered recommendations about which lock would be more of a deterrent. I highly recommend visiting here for any bicycle or hardware needs.

I met Tylor (briefly) riding by one afternoon & he commented on my Beach Cruiser. I mentioned an issue w/ my daughter's, attached Wee Bike & he offered, w/out hesitation to assist me.

This is an awesome & affordable, local hardware store with an excellent, revolving selection of Beach Cruisers & accessories.

Reasonable prices for a convenient type hardware. Some items are cheaper, you just have to know what you are buying. It is conveniently located, the staff help you to get in and get out quickly. Much better than Taylor’s do it centers. They also have a variety of fishing equipment including rods, reels, and bait. Go there and price bicycles as well. I frequent the place and I am a general contractor.

Great store for your everyday household projects.... oh yeah, for bicycle parts and repairs too... oh yeah, for fishing supplies too... oh yeah, plumbing and gardening too! Prices are very competitive with the blue and orange doors. Cecil, the owner, lives locally and takes a lot a pride in servicing the community and his customers. Everyone here is always so helpful with whatever random project I have going on. I usually stop in on a whim (before I’ve even fully planned the project or know the specs) because I know that as soon as I get home, the odds of my leaving again are slim. Or I’ll be home and randomly feeling productive, but by the time I go to the store and get what I need and get back home, the motivation has left me. They always try to help me sort it out. So like the other day, I bought some grout for a project that I won’t have time to tackle anytime soon, but I’ll have it on hand for when I can. They also walked me through how to use it, including some cautionary tales. I bought screen material to repair screen doors (without measuring); another lesson shared. Spackle. Dishwasher issues. Came in another day to get my brother a Christmas tree – a great little cutie for only $18.99! Not to mention that this is the best place in town to get a beach cruiser bike. I’m rambling because it’s been a rambling kind of week, in which I went into Best Value literally four times for different purposes. I dearly appreciate my neighborhood hardware store. You get the kind of convenience and attention that the big box stores simply can’t offer. Thanks, y’all!

These guys are great every time. So glad to have them in the neighborhood. The isles are a little slim so don't bring a stroller but its a good trade off for the relatively huge selection for such a small place. They also sell bikes and fishing stuff. The employees are happy to help.

The cashier was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about fishing. My son and I got our fishing license here.

Great place to go!! Called to see if they had what I needed and they did and when I came back for help with my bike they were extremely helpful and was able to get me on my way. I will always check them first for anything I need.

I love this place. Reminds me of the old school hardware stores from back when I was a lot younger. Clyde's market was very similar in the very back of that store in the 60s.
They had a keyless porcelain light fixture that no one else carries anymore. This place Rocks, keep up the great work !

I walked in there the other day looking for Lawnmower oil and the gentleman Cecil behind the counter literally told a customer to hold on a second while he brought me right to correct aisle. He even showed me a cheaper oil that was still sufficient enough for my mower. Long story short I will never go to Home Depot or Lowe's again. You just can't find authentic mom and pop shops that treat you well from the moment you walk in til the moment you checkout. Thank you guys! I appreciate the love and help. See ya soon!!

Great family owned hardware store. If you need help the employees are not afraid to get thier hands dirty.
I go there for my varnish for my paintings, plumbing supplies and my fresh cut Christmas tree.

Wonderful staff and well stocked with anything you could need for your beach visit, whether you are sitting on the sand or traveling in an RV.

First off its so nice their open Sunday! They have a lot here. this is the wife's phone but i came in on Sunday morning may 3rd. I'm visitng & my bike lock got jammed up. I was just using it wrong but the main guy there helped me out big time!! All I wanted to do was ride my bike on vacation and thanks to this store I was able to. THANK YOU BVH!!!

Just moved to the Oceanfront and went in twice, once for keys and once for appliance bulbs. They had what I needed and their process were reasonable (the appliance bulbs were cheaper than the big box store!) Will be going to Best Value FIRST for my hardware and house needs.

A fantastic little place...it's one of those little mom n pop places that I wish we had more of! They have anything you need from a hardware store...plus live bait, bike supplies (including bikes)...beach gear...and friendly helpful staff
