Horrible experience!! After I tried on clothes, the employee chase after me and gave me an attitude about the clothes not being in hangers. Afterwards while I was still browsing around the rest of the employees were whispering and kept pointing at me. They kept watching me like I was a thief. I felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against. I just dump the clothes I was going to buy with the rude employee and walked out. Never coming back again and I suggest no one does either.

Manager with glasses has a bad attitude. She refused to help with a order, placed in store that was never delivered, saying not her problem. I called customer service and was told that order was processed as an in-store sale, not store to home. She should’ve been able to assist me.

Gotta agree with the majority. I walked around the store for almost 30 minutes, zero customers, and didn't get greeted or assisted once. I asked an employee if it was still protocol to greet customers that walk in and help if needed, and she replied with, "It depends. It depends on if we're busy or not."

Then she proceeded to offer zero assistance. Smh.

Horrible customer service! Profiling at its finest. Watched one of them accuse a woman of theft and threatened to call security even after they searched her bags and found nothing on her.

The lady was more than complacent, let them search her and her items, was friendly the entire time. She DID NOT deserve to be publicly humiliated like that. She left the store in tears. I understand wanting to catch shoplifters, but that is not the right way to go about it.

Join the rest of the mall and get security tags on items. Never shopping there again.

HORRIBLE! RAICST PEOPLE! the workers here are INSANE if you are any race other than white i’d be carful coming here. me (asian), my friend (african american) went to the store and saw them act normal to other white people that were there, once we decided to leave one of the workers started screaming at us and follwed us all the way to another store. she told us she was calling the cops and she had to go thru all of our bags. for NO REASON. and ofc she found nothing then proceeded to tell us we were banned from the store and if she sees us again she’s calling the cops. me and my friend did absolutely nothing. shame on these racist workers.

Terrible customer service. Lady accused me and my friends of stealing and pushed us out the store with her nose. I still have the bruise. Worse time of my life.
