I bought an item that was priced $2.49 but rang up $2.99. When I brought it to the cashier attention she told me she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a manager because the item had already been overpriced and now I’m being cheated. Well, the manager looked like he sleeps in the store came out and said “there’s nothing I can do about it we can’t override the system and walked away. I will not be buying anything from this store ever because they knowingly cheats their customers.

Several times I've come to this store around 630a and it's always locked w a sign on the door that says "be back soon, have patience". But any other time they're open, service just sucks.

I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life! The lady at the cashier counter made a mistake with the pump number that I requested, and the one she assigned me to was already in use by someone else, resulting in the theft of my gas. When I went inside to report the issue, the lady didn't seem to care, and claimed that someone else had taken my gas without providing any refund or assistance. To make matters worse, the supervisor was also unhelpful and rude, providing no solutions to the issue at hand. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this establishment, as you may have your gas stolen and be blamed for their mistakes. They are liars and thieves, and should be avoided at all costs.

Regrettably, the 7-Eleven I visited was a terrible disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite my attempt to purchase $10 worth of gas on pump number three, the cashier with the wig did not repeat the pump number to us after ringing up the payment. This resulted in a situation where we were unable to pump gas, and the cashier was unhelpful and uncooperative in resolving the issue. Despite our request to fix the pump, the cashier insisted that we pull up to another pump to be fixed. However, when we returned to pump our gas at now pump number two, we discovered that $10 worth of gas had already been used at the pump by another customer, which was undoubtedly frustrating. The cashier was unresponsive to our concerns, and her supervisor, who arrived later, seemed equally uninterested in addressing the issue.

The supervisor, who was the assistant shift manager, indicated that it was their policy to repeat the price and pump number every time a customer pays for a pump, but this did not occur in our case. She never repeat it. Unfortunately, when we requested the manager, we were informed that there was no manager on duty. The assistant manager's behavior was less than professional, and he refused to listen to our explanation of the situation. In response, we asked for the owner, but the assistant manager refused to call him. When we began recording the interaction, the assistant manager decided to trespass us and called the police. The police arrived and indicated that it was a civil matter, but we were nonetheless banned from the 7-Eleven even though we just wanted a refund.

Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the training was inadequate. The company's attitude towards customers was unacceptable, and I have no intention of returning to this particular 7-Eleven. It is unfortunate that we were forced to visit another gas station to fill up our gas tank and were treated so poorly by the staff at the 7-Eleven. In contrast, the staff at Wawa was much more supportive and accommodating, and I would highly recommend this establishment. In my experience, Wawa cares deeply about their customers and will promptly address any issues that may arise.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this 7-Eleven location. The company's attitude towards customers is subpar, and they are ill-equipped to handle even the most basic customer service requests.

Joke of a store! Never have shelfs stocked or even have more then half of the cooler selection. Management is a sorry sack that wishes he could do anything including wash his self or hair. Some of the worst customer service in the "convenience store" industry. Always smelly, gas pump trash over flowing, no paper towel holding, lack of anything competent 711.

The greasy looking cashier does too much. The owners aren’t much better. Terrible store. Dude made me fresh potato wedges then refused to give me a closed container without forcing me to pay ten cents for it and then refused to give me a refund. I found my own solution and did not see a need to demand more money for a product I already paid for due to poor truck ordering. I’m going to the better business bureau next.

When I told her the total I’ll have to pay she said she takes her time , (10 people in line) then I told her price was wrong and she literally cursed at me … she s lucky I don’t argue with women hopefully she ll have this attitude with a woman who will slap the s… out of her face . 7/11 location lost me and probably 5 others who were in line witnessing

7-11 on Laskin rd, they are a very dirty store and employees are very rude, they price things wrong and when it get wrong up, price is not the same, and they say it's on the manager to fix it, you pay what I ring up. Can't believe they are still in business, and they have people begging for money out front. Stay away.

This very rude short black woman with weave in her hair rolling her eyes and snatching things from me for no reason at all...When I'm just trying to conduct a business transaction I go to buy a Xbox gift card only for her to shout at me we don't load those here. My question is why they only hire the ignorant people at this particular 7-Eleven🤣
