Harris Teeter

I’m visiting this store regularly now to check my blood pressure and health check. Buy fruit, some hot food and grocery. This store is located on 1400 kempsvile road in orchard square chesapeake, just on the corner of Volvo parkway and kempsvile road.They got big section of organic vegetables , fruit and vegetables are fresh. Bought some salad from the salad bar it’s very nice, bought some hot food and some grocery. Store is very clean and well organized. Customer service is excellent. Starbucks is there buy coffee there nice. Nice selection of cakes was looking for coming family members birthday day. Very nice selection of wines. Parking space is good. It’s in a shopping mall so if need can buy from the market. Love to be here.

Upon arrival I am excited about the cleanliness, colors and great selections! While shopping I am warmly greeted by the employees. There is always various items on sale. I have done some comparison shopping to my delight. The produce section is so inviting. The Cashiers are warm and professional. I am happy to say that I always have a great shopping experience at Harris Teeter!!

Although this location is small, it has great customer service. The food is fresh and the service is always with a smile. I've never had any problem with this Harris Teeter. The pharmacist is great, too!

Love the customer service and the DEli is always on point but the cheese bread can go fast

I always enjoy coming to my neighborhood HT. It took a little bit to get used to the different layout. But I can find almost anything I need. And if not, employees are always there to help.
Definitely shop the sales!! That's where the prices won't scare you.

The store manager himself walked into the self checkout area SUNDAY MORNING and helped me until I was done. This man is top shelf, top of the line. Amazing. He represents everything customer service aspires to be except he already has reached that ultimate level. If anyone is writing a book about Harris Teeter, put THAT in your book.

Great quality grocery and deli items, which are pricier, but worth every dollar spent. The employees and management are very helpful and courteous.

The employees were there to help you left and right it was a wonderful and amazing experience. I am also very excited to have this store next door to me as my Guinea Pigs only like Harris Teeter red leaf lettuce. Their produce is very fresh. Everything is organized, the layout is somewhat similar to the farm fresh that was there before. Love it!!!

A great place to get your groceries, this is like the other Harris Teeters, a wide selection of items covering various grocery needs. They have a deli where you can get sliced meats and cheeses or even cooked items. The store is a little smaller than its sister stores but doesn't really change anything. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Nice place to shop. I like the fact that I do not have to check myself out if I don't want to. Most of the cash registers at any given time are staffed with cashiers. Good prices and good sales. I frequent this place often.

Always love these grocery stores! Excellent selection. A bit pricy. Nice atmosphere. Absolutely the best freshest fruits and veggies! Love the self checkout.

Nice grocery store! Everything is fresh and I even lost my phone there and was able to go back and pick it up from the service desk!

Tabitha in the bakery is awesome- best customer service. I have returned to purchase more baked goods and will continue!

Marvin and another associate (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name I was so happy!) made my daughters birthday! Bottom line, if you’re not satisfied ask an associate or a manager to help. They are willing and ready to make it right! Thank you Orchard Square HT!

My fav store. Excellent beer selection and good fresh veggies. Also unlike Walmart I can always find a cashier at Harris teeter.

Very nice. And the closing cashier when we were there saturday night was super nice.

The staff in this are awesome!!!! They're always friendly and never make us seem like an inconvenience when we bring up a question. Will definitely be our go-to Harris Teeter!!!!
