Excellent customer service. Been coming here a couple weeks for lunch. The young lady running the register is super friendly and informative to her customers about promotions. Today she had my hotdog ready when I got to the counter knowing that it's my usual. Pleasantly delighted.

Love this 7-11 store in the area. The workers here are so friendly and love to joke with you. They recognize me every time I walk in and the store is really clean all the time. It’s also nice that it’s on a main road on the corner so it’s easy to see. I’ve rarely seen anything bad at that store.

Great service, good coffee and awesome beef jerky!

So I was sitting at the pump (for awhile) and the sweetest guy just offered to put gas in my car! Whoever you are thank you and keep being AMAZING!

7/20/2024...purchased powerball tickets asked for random, the guy literally punched in the same numbers on every ticket 07, 11, 22, 27... ridiculous if somebody says random it means hit the button for random don't punch in your own numbers. Very bad business practice

7/23/24...in response to 7-11 saying to reach out via the link they provided, the webpage says it is no longer available because it was created by a suspended account. Kind of figured their reply was just an automated reply and they don't really care

Was in back using atm and the store clerk was hiding behind sodas watching me like I was stealing. Maybe not put your ATM in the back of store. Will never spend money here again

Tried to get gift cards they had in stock and they refused to sell them to me or tell me why. If you don’t sell them why are they in the store

One star because of their credit card processing machines. The owner just won’t get this fixed and it goes to show how much they care about the business because this is causing each and every customer unnecessary frustrations when checking out. You can not use the cashless pay at all on both machines, you can’t use the chip card either on both machines.

Invest in your business. Like why do you want your employees having to deal with frustrated customers. You would probably increase your revenue as well because I see people walking out when the line is long and it takes so long for each customer to check out.

What I’m getting it is please fix your credit card processing machines! I’ll be going somewhere else for my needs even though you’re the closest 7/11 locally to me.

This issues had been going on for over a year now. I thought 7/11 had inspections on these things…

I've stopped here plenty of times. Stopped to get gas, ice & use the restroom. No soap. I asked the guy @ the counter & he said no soap, oh well.

Worst customer service of my life. I had an issue with a transaction and when I tried to have it figured out I was immediately given an attitude. I was told multiple times I was wrong. When I called to complain about the horrific service the store manager, Shavani, came outside to tell me once again that I was wrong. I was given no proof though. No reciepts or anything. AND they were training someone....Not to mention they stole $20 from another customer while I was there through their faulty gas pumps.

My car was overheated so I stopped here went inside and bought a slurpee while giving my car time to cool. A few minutes later the clerk demands that I move my car and says I cant park here even though I just purchased items from the store. Complete lack of respect for his customers and his business

It was about 3:00 pm young lady working closed the store no longer taking customer.! Would not service me hotdog on grill. Ask could she micro my hotdog she stated No! BAD Costomer Service!!

Sells expired food, coffee is never fresh and manager is a jerk.
