Working at such a high volume store where tons of people are in and out so quickly can be stressful and these people handle it with grace. They are efficient and always courteous especially Kathe. She’s always so kind and greets you with a smile. Even if there is a line they work as quickly as possible to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

The associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and even asked me how my day was going. This meant a lot to me because lately the majority of associates/cashiers/customer service reps have been miserable and unfriendly to say the least. Tonight's experience was refreshing!

We've been in the area for several years and consistently have positive experiences. Earlier today, the owner was especially helpful with sorting out a mailing return. Even when things get busy, the staff has remained professional and efficient.

I had a very large package from Amazon that was damaged and needed to be returned. The young woman that helped me was extremely nice asked if I need assistance with the package, although I did not, that offer meant a great deal. I wish I would have gotten her name so she could be properly recognized. Customer service is extremely rare these day, but all the folks in this store deserve recognition. Thank you!!

I havent had a single bad experience. Everyone there is very quick and courteous - even when they have been super busy due to the holidays. I have a personal mail box with the Upton Drive store, as we are currently renting a short term winter rental in Sandbridge Island. I get numerous packages mailed to me and since I have the smallest mailbox, the staff holds my packages behind the counter. I receive a text message whenever a package has been delivered and is ready for me to pick up. It takes about 15 minutes for me to get to the store from my condo on Sandbridge Island. This is literally the closest "mailbox rental" facility to Sandbridge Island. Lily and Hal have both been wonderful helping me load up my wagon with my packages. Also, everyone was very kind and understanding when I was hospitalized for 16 days and unable to get my mail/packages. I had 18 packages waiting for me when I got out and everyone was still very sweet even though my packages took up so much room and hindered their ability to work as efficiently. If you are in need of a mailbox/mailing address, either for business or personal, I definitely recommend this UPS store. You have access to your actual mailbox 24/7 and can pick up packages during normal business hours.

UPS store on Upton Drive and Nimmo Parkway, does a fabulous job, and Syleena S. Is an outstanding employee, who goes the extra mile.

The process/transaction is always easy and quick. UPS staff is always courteous and efficient. Rarely have to wait in line for more than a few minutes. I never had a problem and always have a good experience. Thanks!!

The service is very good, and if asked I would certainly recommend it. But I wonder when I would ever be asked for such a recommendation.

I had to mail back a package for returns to Zulily. My fault i thought it was UPS but the gentlemen waiting on me explained it was USPS . He was helpful by printed my shipping label and instructions where i could mail it. From the moment I arrived I was treated with a professional way. Can't thank the young man enough for being so helpful.

Eric provided excellent customer service. O asked him a question about my printer settings which is unrelated to his job and he helped me navigate my app. So helpful!!! ❤

Never asked money for piece of tape like other stores do

I have used this location regularly for the last two years. Especially in the last year, the staff has been efficient, friendly, and helpful, even when the line is long and customers are less than pleasant. There are many UPS locations in my area but I go back to this one because they always get me in and out quickly and without fuss. Keep up the great work!

This is generally my go-to location for drop offs and I’ve always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and it’s conveniently located! I was helped, specifically, by Lily today and she couldn’t have been more kind and efficient.

The employees at the location and time that I was there were very customer oriented. That made for a pleasant experience.

I came in at about 615 pm (right before closing, sorry!) with an oddball shipping request, and was quickly and very professionally helped by a man named Carlos. He gave me great service, and was a great help in getting my admittedly odd shipping request handled. Place was clean, smelled great, and all covid protections were in place.

If I were staying in the area, this is the UPS store I'd use. Thanks again Carlos!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh. Not only was he friendly and professional. He took the time to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure my package was safe, delivered properly and was affordable! He is a great ambassador to the UPS franchise and a knowledgeable and friendly personality! I will be coming back to this location for all my shipping needs!

We have been customers of this location for two years. The service that we have received from the staff has been exceptional. They do get busy during peak shipping season, but they are always very professional. They go the extra mile which matters a lot.

I shipped a care package to Brazil which I would never ever recommend to any because it is ridiculously expensive! But the service I received from this store was outstanding!!! First the address was wrong and so I called the store and the owner help correct that for me. Then the delivery person in Brazil was asking for a customs payment, which is typical, but due to Covid-19 and the crazy price we paid to send said box made this cost 10X what it should have been. I called UPS corporate and they were zero help so out of desperation I called the store. The owner was able to talk me through the customs fee calculation and was able to help me pay these fees directly rather than having them charged to the recipient (something UPS corporate told me was “not possible”). The owner even monitored the package to make sure it was delivered. All great customer service and I learned a few great things along the way. This store and its owner have earned my loyalty for anything I ship in the future!!!

We love this place. My business has rented a box here for a looong time, close to a decade now. Even with the massive influx of business when COVID hit last year, and suddenly lines were stretched out the door every day, they never once treated us impatiently or with any less attention. We not only have a box here (which is super convenient btw), but we have some printing done here, laminating, the occasional fax, and even notary service on a few occasions. They've always been helpful and accommodating with package mailings, amazon returns, and even accepting our USPS packages though they dont make a dime off of doing so. Greta store with great people!
