I Love the manager here! He has an amazing personality and always helps me find EXACTLY what I need for my husband. He takes pride in making sure his suits fit well. When I HAVE to shop, I enjoy coming here because the service is excellent. Ask for Dmitri - he helped us find the perfect suit and tie and my husband looked amazing!

My first experience was the DXL. The store representative that helped me was exceptional, Candice. She was professional, supportive, customer friendly, and she knew the DXL inventory. You might want to give Candice a pay raise. Or risk losing her to some other vendor. Just saying.

As always, the store staff was excellent. The shirt I needed was readily available. Checkout was fast and error free. Good job! DXL is my "go to" place for all of my clothes.

Always great customer service and quality clothing. Though this location is not the one I originally started shopping at, the manager is the same from my old favorite store, he and the rest of the employees here will make you feel very welcome.

The location is easily accessible from the interstate, and is also in close proximity to a lot of other wonderful shops and restaurants in the Virginia Beach Town Center area.

Keep an eye out for sales and coupons, they're frequently provided, especially if you sign up to receive emails!

I would prefer to get my clothes from DXL over any other store, hands down.

UPDATE: I wrote the update years ago, IIRC. Every point still stands, they continue to have great customer service and are extremely accommodating and helpful. Can't sing DXL's praises enough.

My husband and I was very pleased with our shopping experience here. The associates there greeted us right off the bat, and were exceptionally helpful in locating items and questions that we had. They also made exchanging items that were too big easy and painless. This company has the perfect product for those hard fo find sizes and we think that the DXL Company has the best customer service!

I found out about DXL from a friend of mine who is a big guy like me. The store was well stocked with various different colors, styles and designs of shirts, sweaters and the like. Prestine was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to get me set up with 4 pairs of pants and a comfortable pair of shoes to start my new job with. I got some great clothing at a good price with excellent customer service. I highly recommend and will return.

A place to shop for men who are larger in size and want a classy, modern wardrobe. I've taken my two big guys here several times now to help update their appearance. The store is beautiful. The sizes are perfect for the larger-sized man. The employees are warm and personal. Spendy? Yes - but it's quality all the way. Shop here and you will start to receive mail coupons that offer good discounts. Love this store!!

Excellent service and great quality of clothing

Awesome customer service, store manager Dimitri although working alone managed to juggle all the customers while still making you feel welcomed and answered all questions. Definitely returning and definitely shopping at DXL. Hopefully all locations employees are trained and professional as him.
