Best costumer service ever 10/10

Every time I go to this game stop with my fiancé we are treated very well!! All the employees here are so kind and go above and beyond for their services!

Not 1 complaint. Everytimei go in, the workers are always smiling or laughing, greeting you as you come in, personally walk up and help you as your looking on the shelf or whatever else. Also, will help you as best as they can when you're at the counter. Been coming to this particular location since I moved here, about 6 years and 1 one bad experience.

Great service, people, and a nice spot to for any nerd to blow a Lil steam for a bit. Recommended to anyone

Moved back into the area after being gone five years. Went to this location originally just because it's close to my house and I needed to handle a warranty replacement, but the staff's demeanor ensured this is the location I'll continue to return to.
Bonus: Their Pops are organized beautifully.

Been going here years and there's a reason to that. I've always been treated with respect I've always got my questions answered and whenever I have a problem with a product they are always willing to help I think I've traded more systems and bought more systems then anybody from them. If they don't have it they will get it from another store. The manager went out of his way for me by going to another game stop and picking up a piece of merchandise for me and calling me once he got back took less then an hour what else can I say they rock. Fun friendly straight up awesome people you won't find anywhere else or at any other game stop

Staff is always friendly, store is clean, and they always ask if we need help. And anytime we go they say an extra hello to our daughter which makes her grin and feel welcomed.

Out standing. The clerk was very helpful and enthusiastic but not annoying and pushy. They had 3 great finds one of which I've been looking for, for years.

They always make sure I can get the games I am looking for. For Christmas last year they called around looking for an available physical copy of a game I wanted to gift my son and they were able to get it for me before Christmas. They always have merchandise that me and my boys like.

The two working tonight were super friendly and knowledgeable! Top notch, professional, fun to talk to, and a huge selection of games at great prices.
