Joseph is exceptional! This is not the first time I needed help and both times I was greeted nicely, and helped without hesitation! He is very knowledgeable and pleasant also, all very important! Thank you very much , once again!!

AT&T Westshore…. I just wanted to say that these guys over here just on Westshore really take the time to reevaluate the definition of customer service. On countless occasions they cut into their own personal time away from their families to stay with me and work the problem until it was solved. They have what it takes, they have the knowledge, devotion and loyalty to the customer. I can tell you AT&T WESTSHORE will always have our business. Fantastic customer service at this location! Justin G. Was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We set up our account at a third party location and when we received our first bill everything was wrong! He corrected our bill, added a first responder discount, and taught me how to use cool features on my new phone. He provided us with information on all possible upgrade options without being pushy to upgrade at all. We will definitely be back to this location for all future transactions.

Store advisor Justin was there to greet us at the door straight away. He explained all of our options very clearly and found the plan and price that suited us. He offered additional services like TV which we are considering. He made a great connection with myself and my fiancé. Overall great experience and great service - This guy deserves a raise!

Bill was awesome, truly looks out for the customer and is very good at explaining and finding the needs and wants from you. Great store very spacious. As soon as I walked in I was being helped. I couldn’t remember some of my passwords and information and Bill was great helping me get through all of it. I will absolutely make the drive from St. Petersburg to this store if I need help again.

Kyle was so great at upgrading our phones and making sure we were getting the best deal possible. I didn't feel pressured to make any purchases I didn't want to but still felt very informed during the process. He was so nice! We will definitely return.

Second time in this location - did not disappoint. Claire helped us upgrade my new phone. GREAT customer service. She’s super sweet and respectful! Let me take as much time as I needed to make a decision and update my phone.

Such a friendly atmosphere with a ton of savings offered! Our wonderful associate Justin was patient, really thorough in explaining the savings for our phone, and was personable. Definitely will be going here for any phone needs!

UPDATE!
Just saw a lovely lady named Claire who was also SUPER helpful. Will keep coming back whenever we want to purchase new phones and trade in our old.
