Dillard's: Lynnhaven Mall

Had no idea Dillard's was so fun. I've been avoiding it for years and my daughter said mom your gonna love it. Isle so spacious. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and made sure our shopping experience was great. Restroom 🚻 was so tidy and fancy. And I love a good mirror 🪞 moment. Thx guys

Extraordinary customer service! From the formal wear department to the shoe department associate OFFERED genuine, honest, informative, personalized feedback which helped me put together a beautiful ensemble to wear for a wedding. I am so HAPPY they added their opinion, as I was able to make a hard decision about some expensive pieces. I can’t remember these lovely ladies’ names, but they made my 4th of July shopping experience an absolute pleasure and success!!!

Overall it was fun and great. The staff we’re helpful & responsive. This is much more fun than researching on the net, TBH. A lot of great colors for the late summer and fall seasons 2023. I could have easily bought more items, but I stuck to my shopping list as best I could. Lynnhaven Mall is all right🌹🌹🌹

IT IS A pleasure to go to brick and mortar store. When you are looking for clothes, especially when the people are as helpful and knowledgeable as the one that helped me. It is great to scan around the store and be able to find the department you need and be led right to what you're looking for. So many choices right there in front you. It beats getting missed directed all over the internet trying to sell you something you don't need or want. You try it on ,you buy it ,you're done. It's great. Nice store, good inventory of Clothes in all price levels. Good service

Found just what I needed there after shopping around for weeks for an evening gown. Because it is a department store I was able to get shoes, a shaw, hose, jewelry, and even sticky strapless bra cups as well. If I had wanted, I probably could have gotten a clutch as well. The saleslady in the dress area was friendly and helpful.

Today I visited Dillard's because I have always had good experiences there and I was hopeful to experiences that again, which I did with Kristina French in the beauty department. I approached her in hopes in finding a gift for my mom and not only did she lead me in the right direction for something special for my mom but the experiences turned into self love for myself. I enjoyed my facial. I enjoyed the product I received by Kiehl's and I appreciate Kristina for going above and beyond in her services. Her customers services is the reach for the 5 star ratings!

The Kiehl’s counter at Dillard’s Lynhaven mall is outstanding. Kristine French is a wealth of knowledge and her recommendations save me money, keep my skin fresh and glowing. Always a treat to shop there. Love that it’s next to the children’s department. All in one shopping.

I went to Lynhaven Gift wrapping section to get my daughters gift wrapped.The ladies at the counter was very nice and they wrap the gift beautifully. Thank u for help making my baby's day.

Loved the finds at this store. Got a dress for under $14. Didn't find what I was looking for. Saw Bathroom is hard to locate, but I found it. This is where my tax dollars finna go. Can I get a discount???

If you are looking for a new skin line (and guys this is you too), you must head over to the Kiels counter and meet Kristine asap! First of all, she’s so much fun and helpful. I found a new friend : ). Then there’s all of her knowledge on skincare and Kiel’s products! She didn’t try to hard sell me on anything but definitely spent a lot of time answering questions and making sure I had everything I needed. (Plus plenty of samples to try some of the things on my list to get the next time!) I’m very impressed with the product and the service.

My family had a wonderful time shopping at the Lynnhaven Mall Dillards. Ms. Louella McGill assisted my husband, son and a friend in the men’s department. Her product knowledge and experience were excellent. She was sweet, friendly and very helpful. She is great to work with.

Luella in the men’s department really knew the product lines and helped us maximize the brief amount of time we had. Got 4 pairs of pants, two polos and undershirts in 15 min! Tried them all on too. Thanks Luella! Additionally, the store has lovely things that don’t seem to be in other stores anymore. Fashion has gotten so ugly elsewhere. I’m going to Dillards every time from now on.
