Bill was very helpful & friendly with helping us select a mattress. The store offers a great selection of mattresses with many price options to meet buyer needs. I will definitely be back & recommend the business to others!

We were greeted and able to walk around testing all the beds without anyone following us around. We were informed of the sale and where prices were located. Selected our bed and paid with no issues or pressure!

I purchased a mattress today. The gentleman helping me was wonderful. He asked me several questions about what I was looking for and directed me to several options he thought matched my needs description. Once I found the mattress I wanted he worked hard to get me the best price possible. I left very happy with my purchase and my experience with the sales associate that helped me. I will recommend Bedzzz Express to my friends and family in the future.

Mark was very helpful and friendly! Always had a smile on his face and reached out to me several times to see if my bed frame was ready. He was fun to talk to and found a mattress that fit my needs. The delivery guys were incredibly nice and polite during the whole experience. It rained during delivery of my mattress and they apologized for the mattress getting slightly wet during the process. Would recommend this store 10/10 customer service.

Great customer service. Bill McIntyre, store manager, was very helpful. He found the mattress for us in a matter of minutes. We told him what we wanted and the 1st mattress he showed us was perfect. We tried others but went back to the first one. If you need a new mattress, go see Mr Bill.

I had seen the mattress I bought at a different store for the same price. The reason I bought from Bedzz Express is the sales person. She answered all my questions with confidence and provided excellent customer service. I am in the sales business/ customer service and appreciate someone who understands your needs and answer your questions.
The delivery went off the way it was supposed to. The delivery crew got stuck in a traffic jam and contacted me immediately to explain. I appreciate that. I tell my customers the only difference in my store and the next store is customer service. Customer service is the reason I bought from Bedzz Express for the second time

I chose to go here due to the awesome reviews, and I'm glad I did. Bill was with another customer when we walked in, and he still greeted us. We did have a small wait due to Bill helping the other customer, but he was still courteous to us. In other words, excellent customer service. Great price. And I had all my questions answered. Yes, I highly recommend shopping here.

Customer service experience is polite, patient, and personal. The gentlemen that helped me find my first mattress was knowledgeable in everything about mattress brands. Being able to test out different brands and not feel rushed is something you don't see everyday from salesman. If you are looking for a mattress, then definitely go in here to at least test out the mattress brands they got.

They were very helpful, and I was able to get a very good price. We have purchased bedding here before, and have been very happy with service and product.

My wife and I felt comfortable, not rushed and the store representative was very courteous. He helped us find the right mattress for us and explained everything in easy terms. We ended up buying a Stearns and Fosters mattress for a reasonable price. Good Job!!

Dustin is a great salesman and is very knowledgeable with the products. I will absolutely use his store again if needed. Great experience. He had my bed instore next day after ordering it, even after the truck was already full according to his warehouse manager. He made it happen anyways!

April is amazing to work with. She gave us great suggestions while we were shopping for a mattress. We are very happy with our final decision and have been sleeping better than we have in years. Dustin and the team at Bedzzz Express in Athens, AL was amazing from start to finish. The first time that I went into the store another salesman was on the floor to help me. I was not ready to purchase a bed that day but I was definitely interested in a future purchase. There were no sales gimmicks and I never felt pressure to make a decision that day. When I returned with my husband to do the serious shopping, Dustin greeted us with a warm smile and spent time helping us find the right bed for our needs. After some negotiating, we ordered a wonderful new bed. In about a week, the delivery team brought us our new Beautyrest split king (2 XL twin mattresses) with adjustable bases. After our first 30 days, we discovered that the split king beds that we ordered were a bit firmer than what we had anticipated and I was not sleeping as well as I had hoped with brand new mattresses. We are thankful for the 30 day comfort guarantee that our Bedzzz Express contract included that allowed us to switch to the king size bed with a small fee. I look forward to relaxing in my new king size Beautyrest mattress tonight. I am so thankful for all of Dustin's help before, during and after the sale. He helped me make a choice to fit my needs! It also included pricing, financing, and delivery! He has followed up with me 2 times after! I’m excited to have it delivered tommorrow!
