Wow…! Jeff Bezos doesn’t have anything on this shop at Lynnhaven Mall..! I didn’t know if they had my size 14, but they did. I highly recommend visiting the shop as a way to get offline and back into style. Thanks again to the staff at Vans Off the Wall…! 🛹🌊🏄🏻‍♂🏄🏻‍♀🌊🛹

This store has an awesome selection. The staff puts forth the maximum effort to make sure you get what you want and need. They let you take your time trying on different sizes. Plus they have incredible deal. Thank you for a great shoe buying experience.

I got 5 pairs of shoes for the holiday as gifts for my teenage boys, and 1 for me. Staff was knowledgeable and even helped picked out the styles for them.

Mixed feeling on this review. On one hand, VANS pricings and business practices have gotten worse and worse over the years... But on the other, the people who work at this specific store provide some of the best customer service I've ever received. Not pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable.

Visited this store and Lynnhaven Mall to buy myself a pair of vans the young lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable of the shoes she even picked out what she thought might look best on my foot this is my first pair of Vans but I can guarantee you it won't be my last great job to the staff over at the Vans store in Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach Virginia....

Vans are amazing shoes I only wear vans and Nike SB vans are also very comfortable soft great material and last long they are a perfect skate shoe they are decent priced and have so many varieties and options these are good shoes for new skaters and pro skaters; although The shoelaces could rip while skating. Go through the photos to see the actual shoes.

Chris helped us out and was exceptionally patient and helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while, Great location! 👍

Katie P was very helpful. I grew up here in Virginia Beach Virginia. Stores like 17th Street and WRV are always watching and lurking. I didn't feel that vibe in Vans.

Got my son's shoes and skateboard here and my longboard. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Super encouraging to us newbie skaters!!

My daughter's favorite shoe store . They have an awesome selection in slip-on sneakers ...only wish they had shoe sales now and then. The cashier was very helpful, she ordered the correct shoe size and had them mailed to us which only took 4 days. Great service all the way around

Got some sesame street stuff for my mini me and the staff was helpful and got the items quick before my little one was tired of shopping

Growing up locally I've always loved and came to this store location over the other ones. Now I have a reason to love them even more. Yesterday my husband and I went to this location to get him a new pair of vans. I forgot to mention that we are new parents to a 9 month old boy, who lost his beanie in the store. I was very upset about losing it and called immediately this morning to check to see if they had found it..and they did! I'm so grateful because that beanie had a lot of sentimental value being it was his first beanie he wore to play in the snow. I know this may not seem like a big deal to others but it meant everything to us. Thanks again Vans!

With the extremely huge selection of styles and staff ready to receive any requests from you, this is a great way to make sure you get the style and sizes you need and want! It is so organized and has an excellent staff to give that one on one attention we all desire! Id say this is a win any way you can dream of! Check em out for yourself, guaranteed you will be nothing less than satisfied!

Eventhough i didn't shop there myself, I sent a coworker, and apparently he had a 5 star experience with the evening staff. Unfortunately I don't have a name of an individual staff member to thank, but keep up the good work.
