The UPS Store

I go to this store frequently and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

Last month I had a delivery issue with my freight shipped to Ca. After talking to the owner we sorted out that I had shipped it to a PO Box unawares that UPS can not fulfill those orders. It was plainly my fault but they resolved it in my favor which they did not have to do. They care about customer service here and I will definitely continue to patronize their business. Thank you Jason for your help my friend.

I would recommend this UPS store hands down. I use them frequently and for a multitude of functions. They are always professional, timely and knowledgeable. I drive out of my way to use this store for these reasons. We are in our seventies and do most of our shopping online. Let me say that if every business was as efficient and helpful as our UPS store in Athens, Alabama it would be wonderful. This UPS team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, to my requests turned around very fast. Answers were clear and, where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the time I spent in the store in the current climate.

I couldn’t of chosen a better location while out of town, Jayla is a breath of fresh air and mad kind. She’s very good at her job and it was an effortless transaction. I hope she’s having a great day :,)

Great service there. I did an Amazon return. As as a former employee of another UPS Store of 5 years, I am very familiar with all services and policies and I can say they did exactly as I would do if I were on uniform. One of best stores I've been to.

After problems with the post office, I discovered this new UPS Store which opened a few month ago. It was a great experience. The agent was knowledgeable and efficient. At 8AM, there was no wait.
