Great company. Their store has everything! Lawrence and his crew always courteous and go out of their way to help. I had a hard time learning my new insurance and finding the copay. Lawrence went out of his way to contact the insurance to find the options that were available. He also extensively explained how to use the products. The crew relays information in a timely fashion. Very efficient!

Outstanding customer service. From my initial phone call with the ordering of two Lift-out reclining chairs for my 92 and 94 year old parents. Derick answered all my questions and gave me assurance that he would deliver the chairs set them up and provide my parents with instructions on how to use them. While on vacation, I hurt my knee and needed crutches. I couldn't rent them because I needed them to take home with me. I called Americare to see if they had crutches in stock and they did, thankfully. We arrived 20 minutes before closing but the gentleman got us in and out quickly. I am very grateful. I found this place a year ago and remember walking out with a handful of business cards to give others because I was so impressed with the way I was treated as a customer. I now find myself a year later needing them again and was still treated in the same wonderful way. They are so helpful and if there is something you need that they don't have they will go above and beyond to try and find it for you. Americare is definitely one of the best medical supply stores in Hampton Roads.

Floor mat just outside of my husband's bed works perfect. He has Alzheimer’s Dementia and exits his bed frequently. I don't worry anymore now that the pager goes off the second his feet touch the mat. I can be in any room in the house and I'll hear the pager go off. It's a great product.
