3/8/24 Time:1:04pm My first time at this location and when I say the customer service was Excellent I mean it. I was immediately greeted by Mrs.Regina who with a smile showed my Daughter and I where to go find what we were there for.Then there was Mrs.Mary.who sparked up the most pleasant conversation as well as checked us out.She was Awesome. As I was checking out I asked to speak to a Manager. Mrs Shannon came without hesitation and genuine concern. I then began to tell her about Mrs Regina and Mrs Mary. As I was telling her I began to realize how Awesome she was and saw exactly why she was in management. These 3 ladies are the definition of real customer service and I hope they are acknowledged for their service!

This store always has a lot of amazing clothing options and has some of the best sales! I always get great customer service from workers, like Serenity, and the store has such a pleasant atmosphere!
My only complaint is that I wish I was able to do the survey I was given but the QR code wasn't working to do so.

I had planned to head back to the store to buy these Christmas dish towels, but I didn't make it. There were cute items. I'll look around for them in Charlotte. Jcpenney changed some of their rules for coupons and rewards. It's all good.

I went to the JCPenney Salon and got a perm. Wow! My hair looks great! Thanks Myra!

Great experience there, has good clothes and offers coupons on the jcpenny card. Cashier was helpful also.

Very good help in the store. Sandy one of the assistants helped us so much we were grateful for her trying to find the right size pants for my friend. Also there were a lot of items on clearance. I ended up purchasing two shirts for my husband and I was really there just for my friend. They had lots of variety. I'd recommend store to cover all your clothing needs.

Such an array of quality items from household & luggage to fashion and pet care items, there's jewelry to shoes and men's dress and casual wear, their children's wear is the best!.

Thrilled with the matching dog and human vests and sweaters! Bought one each for me and my pooch and had to get a gift set for my dear friend and her pooch! These are adorable sets and what a value!

In ladies fashions its wonderful to find size appropriate clothing from petites to plus size, womens to athletic wear, young adult to designer labels! The selection was over the top!

What I can honestly say is you definitely get more bang for your buck and a great selection to boot with their sales and promotions!

While the store was so much like a ghost town on Thanksgiving eve, I was surprised to see many an associate, which is definitely lacking in the Springfield, VA Penney's. One young lady, Douña, in Sephora, walked over with me to the delightful young lady (whose name, sadly, I didn't get) at the cash register in the women's clothing section - who was extremely helpful. Not once, but twice, when I returned for socks.

I also had a pleasant experience with another few associates, both of whom approached me and asked if I needed anything. Plus Douña's associate (whose name I did catch, but can't recall), also very pleasant.

A very enjoyable visit.

If you're still looking for bathing suits, there are a few, several if you're a 24W. Nice black or navy. There are also a few if you're "regular" sized, although the issue becomes finding matching tops and bottoms. I was able to employ sports bra, shorts, and a clearance top.

There are a lot of nice things there - and prices are very reasonable.

Came here to take my Christmas photos absolutely loved it

We had photos done at the Portrait Studio. 3 adults and a 9 year old. The photographer was excellent. She kept everyone relaxed and smiling. The photo session was safely done...cleaned between customers. The photo choices were exceptional and we were very pleased.

I had a hair cut Saturday... I've been searching for a good stylist, and finally found one. Danita did an awesome job. Their service was wonderful. I definitely recommend this salon. Thank you. Very happy with the results.

Just went to the salon. My stylist, Ms. Davida always does an excellent job getting my hair right. The atmosphere was very friendly. They're following protocols to keep us safe from COVID as well.

My mom and I frequent this JC Penny for the nice clothing and great deals. There is an older gentleman named Mr. Ollie that works here. He is a godsend angel. It's always a treat to see Mr. Ollie; he is delightful and hilarious ♡

Had to return an item in the jewelry dept that was ordered online. They didn't have the exact item but something close and a little better! They were awesome!!! Had me in and out quickly and I am very happy with my replacement piece!!

I went to the Pursuit Studio. Tori was great, she made my entire feel comfortable and got some great pics. We had a family member with mobility issues and she was sensitive to that. She helped us find the best deal for the photos we wanted without spending an arm and a leg. We're never felt rushed during the entire process.

I got a haircut at the salon in JC Pennys.The young ladies name was Ms. Christine and she did a great job ! She took her time and it doesn't look like I just got scalped.

I brought my son in for his 5th grade school pictures and it was a great experience. She made him feel comfortable and took lots of different poses and I loved so many of them it was hard to decide which ones to get! We definitely use them again.

The associates that helped me (Sonnia & Shawn) really wowed me with their excellent customer service. Associates like these are what is keeping brick and mortar alive; you don't get friendly and attentive service like this shopping for clothes on amazon. When I walked in, I had no idea what kind of curtains I needed. Not only did she find me curtains I absolutely LOVE, she also showed me a curtain rod that goes perfect with it! The manager, Shawn, also came over to assist and answer additional questions I had and the whole process was such a breeze. Very friendly guy. I will definitely be shopping here again!
