Oooomygoodness!!!!! yes, say this I have been suffering sciatic nerve pain for the last five months this chair does exactly what it needs to do to help me relieve my pain and when I come from working out, this is Massaging chair is the best purchase I’ve ever made in my 47 years of life the sales agent to the delivery guys were I appreciate you guys we’re waiting on our bedroom set which will be delivered in July. Can’t wait for that.

The sales rep who called my home was not available but other jumped in to assist with purchase. The item I was looking for was not in stocks or on floor display. Fortunately, I found a slightly larger model that would meet my needs if we could come to agreement on price. We reached price agreement & the staff was great getting us through the paperwork for financing & getting us through purchasing/delivery setup on on our way home. In the meantime, friendly attentive staff answered questions about potential future purchases. It was a very good experience. I would shop and recommend the store to family & friends.

I was in need of living room furniture and went to Con's to do price comparison. The staff was great and had good vibes. I liked the greeting upon walking in which acknowledged my presence to thank you for your business upon leaving. I made a purchase and will return as needed for future purchases. An excellent place to shop.

Inez was superb! I enjoyed the fact that she asked me what I wanted not what she think I should purchase. Conn’s is a nice appliance and furniture store. Ask for Inez she will give great customer service!

Excellent customer service! Our sales girl was fantastic! She was very helpful and helped us through the financing and we bought our first new stand-up freezer. Can't wait to get it delivered tomorrow.

I enjoyed the experience finding out that I qualify for store credit $2,200 to own my own washer and dryer for my new apartment Miss AC was very helpful to me introducing all of the new washer and dryers explaining the difference in each one of them I really appreciate her kindness she did not hesitate to go beyond explaining everything very carefully to assist me with my new appliance.

I have done business with Conn on several purchases the staff are always professional, courtesy and helpful. While we recently had some concerns with our past refrigerator purchases due to its age not being shared with us at the time of purchase. Hopefully that will not be the cause with the new purchase.
