The UPS Store

The building looks awesome, it is in a line of shops on a curved corner at the North end. It has a brick exterior making it look very modern. It is also surrounded by fresh clean sidewalks on the North and East side. The East side is the front of the store with welcoming double doors. As I walked it there is a counter about six feet long and has any and all extra supplies one may need and more items on the wall. A few more feet past the counter is the long working counter with 3 good size stations to handle all your needs. All three employees were there ready and eager to help with welcoming smiles. One was wrapping a good size box and adding more packing, and asked one of the other employees if it looked tightly packed. I was dropping off an Amazon package and needed help finding the barcode on my cell phone, and she did a tap, tap, tap and we were good to go. I told them it was my first time at that UPS Store and it was impressive. I had just moved to the area and it is now my go to place as it is close by. I talked to all three of them, joking a little, laughing and complimenting them on the store and how good their personal energy was when I walked in. UPS store, help me pack and ship A. Box that I needed to send to my son-in Oregon. And I didn't even know where to start with it. They helped me with the whole thing and charge me a reasonable price to mail it off. I was so pleased with the pleasant fun, atmosphere in their store. It made me feel very comfortable !

A friend asked us to pack up her home here in Florida and ship it to Michigan. It was a big job, but the UPS Store on New Haven went above and beyond to make the job easier. The manager worked very hard for over an hour to ensure our items were appropriately packed and that the boxes were adjusted to prevent an empty void. He was very patient, kind, informative, and professional. We left knowing her precious items were in good hands!!

Alex and Josh were absolutely awesome. They helped me get the notary and witness services I needed. Just in front of me, I listened as Alex expertly guided a lady on shipping a time sensitive medical package. Great service and very friendly all around.

Convenience is key! The Amazon return station is extremely simplistic, and the staff are always there to help! They have all the tools you need and are so friendly!

This was the most pleasant trip I have ever experienced. Even though he couldn’t help me with everything I needed! He gave me clear and helpful instructions on how I needed to prepare my package. I appreciated the respect he gave and his customer service was fabulous!! This store is not the closest to my home, but it will be my preferred store from now on.

The guy behind the counter was so friendly & helpful. We had never returned anything, like the Spectrum boxes before. He explained everything he was doing and why. He took care of everything expeditiously. We will be back to this store again for service.

Excellent service. Every time I have come for printing and shipping, the service is great. This visit Alex reprinted my print job-- my error choosing the wrong paper! He reprinted in a few minutes and I was ready to go.

I came in last minute 10 minutes before closing to do my Amazon return. This was my first time doing a kiosk return at this store. There was 3 people ahead of me but I saw only one staff member and she was working hard on her duties. The line was moving quickly and a lady came in behind me and within 30 seconds she was huffing about having to wait and asked the associate if she can help since there is a line. She said she was working on her stored duties and she closes at 3 and she would have to wait for the kiosk. Which literally was just a few minutes. The lady left upset which I felt was so wrong. On my way out I asked the associate a question about my package and asked for her name because I could see how hard she was working and her dedication was clear. Sabrina is an awesome person and hard worker I could see that for just being in the store 10 minutes. Thanks Sabrina for making my day! The kiosk is super easy to use and I will definitely be back!

This is my preferred location. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location due to the friendly service, cleanliness, and the employees joyful attitudes. It makes a world of a difference!

This UPS store is easy to find and in a great and convenient location. The experience is always pleasant and the customer service is very friendly. The new self service machine is a game changer especially during busy times.
