Every time I go here, every since opening of store, I am pleasently greeted, they don't follow you around, but if you look confused about what you are looking for they offer assistance and I did purchase the wrong product and was able to bring back for exchange or refund with receipt and unopened product. Very geographically convenient from my house 3min, my go to store if I don't feel like going to my reg. Store in Norfolk. If she don't carry your product trust she will have it on the shelf by the next couple of weeks or so. Great customer service and very friendly!!!

These people are very helpful and are very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very happy shopping here and I had alot of questions and they were more than happy to help and they actually gavs me 2$ off because I was short on the total price. I went in there really out of my comfort zone. I knew NOTHING about wigs or how to put them on. Early 2018 my hair started to fall out, and by August, I had had enough and went to the doctors. I was told I had alopecia and my hair was going to keep falling out. I don't know about y'all, but I need my hair. I was so worried about peoples opinions and what they would think when they saw a woman with patches of hair falling out. Diane's was recommended to me by a very close friend. He buys all his wigs from here for any drag event, so I knew that if it was enough to impress a drag queen, I would be well taken care of. The staff was so nice. I'm assuming the older lady is the owner, she asked me what I was looking for and helped me find my best match. I'm so thankful she took the time out of her day to help me. If you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING MY CONFIDENCE BACK.
