The customer service sales person was excellent to get done what I needed. They were kind, patience, and friendly. They was knowledgeable about what they were doing and was able to resolve the issues in a timely manner. I was happy when I left the store.

Great experience picking up ordered phone and tablet from Samsung that I had delivered there.
Haven't had any issues.

Pretty expedient customer centric experience. Asked the guy at the entrance and he directed me to Geek Squad and by the time I got there (10 seconds later) someone was standing there addressinge on what I needed. Was in and out in under 5 minutes WITH instructions on how to install the device I purchased!

Its the knowledgable sales associates who help you make your choices on the big ticket items like computers or sound sysrems. Don"t buy on an online platform- support a real person and a job. Got the lowest price too! I always buy the big stuff at Best Buy. They sell appliances too!

Easy access off the Berlin Turnpike. Plenty of parking.
Upon entering the store, you are greeted by a friendly associate who asks if you require any assistance. After telling him what I came to Best Buy for, he assigned a sales associate who took me to the department and showed me the item I was looking for.
Before leaving, he thanked me and asked if I needed any further assistance or if I had any questions.
Checking out was also a friendly experience.
Shopping at Best Buy was a great example of professional customer service.

Just purchased a Samsung TV and soundbar bundle. The attendant assisted my wife, and I greatly. Always a good visit at this Besy Buy location.

The Geek Squad at the Newington location is awesome!!
I appreciated the fact that the different 3 Geek Squad members (inital check-in, diagnostic, and follow-up with new purchase of a lab top) took the time to explain things to me in great detail without being condescending for I am far from IT savvy. Highly recommend them
