The nice sales lady was generous enough with her time to stay enough time to help me get fitted for a bra it was literally 2 minutes 5 minutes maybe closing time. I rushed right through the fitting she was perfect at her job. I picked out three bras of the same style and three different colors. I was out the door in 15 minutes they locked the doors behind my sister and I what a great experience we had with that lady and just that short amount of time I wish I knew her name. She deserves so many kudos right now!

Very well stocked organized. Not enough staffers. Backstage section was unbelievable. It looked just like the rest of store. I wish all Macys Backstage dept. Look like this one

Having a great sale.They have an area with some sale items all the time.If you enter from inside Lynnhaven Mall go to your right in store.

In a great, centalized area with plenty of parking. Thr store is organized and very clean.

This is one of my favorite stores. The clearance racks are a dream come true for someone with champagne taste on a beer budget. They always have fabulous sales in the regular clothes departments, too. I can, and have, literally walked out of there with $700 worth of good quality, stylish merchandise for around $100 if you go at the right times. Your discounts get added right to your Macy's credit card if you have one, so there is no need to carry around a bunch of paper coupons. The store is well kept and always clean. The floor personnel are always very friendly and helpful. I love this store.

Shopped in the men’s section today. It was easy to get around in the section. The racks were spaced apart for easy shopping. A cashier asked us to go to another register so that she could check us out faster. I got the feeling that she really cared about the customers and wasn’t there just to collect a paycheck. It was a good shopping experience.

Love shopping at Macy's! They always have the best prices and flash sales!

Macy's has a Dynamite men's section. Michael guided me in my pursuit of a nice suit at a reasonable price. He did just that was extremely personable as well. 10+

Great place to shop ALL things!!! We got really great quality bedsheets, quilts and comforters from Charter Damasks and Martha Stewart collection. There are lots of deals especially during Holidays.

It's not Bloomingdale's but it's still a great store. I love that mall. It is the only mall in this area I'll still go to.

Macy's is the best department store to shop at, especially at Christmas. If you have the opportunity to shop at Macy's East on 34th Street in New York City, you should! Believe in the magic of Christmas seems to be their theme. The store is brightly lit, and the associates are very nice. I enjoyed looking for ladies' slacks and tops. I found a Bar III black knit top priced at 40% off the original manufacturer suggested price. So it was a great bargain for just under $15.00. What I like about the blouse is that it stops mid waist right above my waist, and ladies, that is very slimming. Overall, the store was nice and clean!

Julia, a woman working at the show department in Macy's at Lynnhaven was wonderful. It's been so long since I've found someone who's been so kind and helpful. Not only did she help me with shoes but with my whole outfit building process. This woman needs a raise! She was amazing!

I love Macys! Always. It might be more limited now but if you hit the sale at the beginning of each season, you are golden. Good quality and styles.

The staff at the return/ in store pickup counter are more friendly and more pleasant than the staff that are on the sales floor. The sales floor staff give the impression they don't feel like being bother, I get that attitude more often than not. But I love the clothes.
