Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We have visited this store several times. There is a young man that is very well-informed, patient, and outstanding at costumer service. He was working on the morning on July 2. That is a way to keep costumers coming back!

My husband and I were looking for gray wood stain for our staircase. When we went to SW, we were greeted by Steve. He has got to have the best customer service we've ever experienced. He listened to what we needed and made suggestions. When we came back a few days later, he said "here come my friends". He customized the color we requested, showed us how it would look on a wood sample we brought in, and even talked to the contractor that will do the work for us. It was truly a pleasure to work with our friend Steve. We highly recommend this SW store. Although we worked primarily with Steve, we were also assisted by Rob, another SW employee with great customer service. They were both professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. If you are in need of paint, stain, etc., this is the place to go.

I wasn't able to get the kind of paint I wanted at theocratic nearest me on Racetrack Road. The manager immediately called the Sunbeam road location to set it aside for me as I wasn't sure I could make it up there that evening. The next morning Dan Wiggins of Sunbeam location called me first thing to ensure I was taken care of, and was able to have it ready first thing for pick up! Thank you for the teamwork and excellent customer service from both locations!

Outstanding dependability and professionalism. I have worked with the store on thousands of transactions over the last 10 years. Their accuracy is unbelievable and their "can-do" attitude is unparalleled. From Dan the manager to Steve the assistant and all of their staff, these folks are unbelievable.

Needed two gallons of exterior trim to match my home’s 10 year old paint. Dan, the manager, correctly matched the present color (that the undamaged areas had faded to) instead of the original that would have stood out as a mismatch. Dan even put a little of the new paint on the sample trim I brought in to show closely it matched. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service!

Steve picked up and got our order ready for pick up 7 min before close. That’s service and it means a lot more than it sounds, since this would have set my job back a day or so. Great service!

The team at this location are always spot on. From quick service to always doing color matches perfectly. Best spot in town for all of your painting supplies!

Ease of painting with good quality paint and likelihood of good coverage, less drip, Sherwin-Williams' employees' willingness to match paint color accurately. Their courtesy is a real benefit, and the most recent visit to the 32217 store on San Jose was a good example. Very courteous and good help there - by himself when I went before 8 am

Top notch service. We always use this store and I refuse to use another. I love to support good honest people and this store is full of them. I’ve never had someone take the time to help me the way they do so that I get the right paint every time.

Much better than going to a big store like Home Depot where you have to walk miles to get to the paint counter, then wait ages for someone to wait on you and probably not as knowledgeable. Thanks for the coffee and friendly service!!!

I was greeted by Nathan and Steve quite possibly two of the greatest customer service practitioners I have ever coming across the experience was delightful thorough just unbelievable make me wish I never went to another paint store or a big box store huge regrets positive finality I will be back again and again in the future The Sounds rediculous but it's all true..

Their color matching is spot on, there is always a sale on paint, and good name paint. As a matter of fact there paint brushes, and rollers, and naps are always on sale too. I bought a purdy mini roller, and a 3" slant and two naps today for 21.00 thats good being they were all name brand. I bought a magnum X5 airless paint sprayer from Home Depot for $363 and then a week later I went to Sherwin Williams and saw the same one for 299$. I used to think they were kind of expensive but they're actually not. I would highly recommend going here because the people that work in the store actually know what they're talking about, and I'm willing to explain stuff to you thoroughly.

Loved this little shop mostly because of the people who work there. Every person I've talked to has been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The store is very complete, with several options of paints and materials for painting, and the service is excellent. I recommend.
