Rite aid pharmacy at 1177 s Rosemont is great ! They always let me know what is going on with my medications. If there is a problem they text me, and when my scripts are filled they texted me. You would think that would be common courtesy at all pharmacy’s? Not at CVS on princess Ann.

I went here to get some vaccinations. It was one of the only pharmacies in town for Tricare who had an appointment available. I had never been there. What a pleasant surprise! Every single employee on the floor greeted all customers, smiled and asked if they could help. The pharmacy was very busy, yet extremely friendly, had a positive attitude, was professional and working very hard. Customers were courteous too and mindful of those who might be immune compromised. The store is clean and well organized. Management is doing something good here and I'm a new fan.

I’ve never had a single issue here. It’s always clean & everyone is very friendly. But, there is 1 person specifically that is the reason I absolutely LOVE this location. An employee named Teena. She is honest to God the absolute best person I have ever met. She’s always so sweet & so helpful. She’s caring, she always remembers my husband & I. I could go on & on about how wonderful that woman is. She makes this Riteaid location that much better!!

Went in to pick up a routine BP prescription refill for a wheelchair bound friend who doesn't get out. I was treated like a friend of the family! The pharmacist looked happy to see a customer, and interrupted what he was doing to look for a sample diabetic syringe that he wanted to include with her order. The tech grabbed the prescription, inserted the sample and the medication into a bag and I was ready to go about 2 minutes after walking up to the counter! Wonderful experience - I wish he was MY pharmacist...

Mike (the store manager) does a great job. He kind and very outgoing. I can tell her really tries to be a good manager because the employees seem pretty happy and they always greet us even when he's not in the store working. Love this little shop, I always spend way too much ha ha!

I LOVE that they started carrying some of my favorite niche brands like koke and arches and halos- the best setting powders and brow stuff!!!

The two pharmacists there, Luis and Oakey, are phenomenal. Especially since COVID, the pharmacy is very busy but it has never effected the care they give. When my child was having frequent respiratory infections and sore throats, Oakey spoke to me at length about home remedies that might make him more comfortable along with the prescription medications he was taking. The pharmacy techs are wonderful too. They're all very patient, kind, and compassionate. We started using this pharmacy because it's very close to where we live. If we ever move, as long as we're in Virginia Beach, I'll stick with this pharmacy. It's a gem.

I love this RITEAID. I think it’s the best one in Virginia Beach, and I have been to countless others. The pharmacist and staff are always looking in my best interest and help me immensely in getting my prescriptions at a cost effective and timely manner. I didn’t even have to ask for good rx coupons and they gave them to me applied to my prescription. It is very comforting knowing that I can rely on them. Insurance companies make getting medicines harder and harder these days, it’s nice knowing RITEAID is there to help.

I've been visiting this store for 5 years now and the staff has always been very kind and very helpful. The store is always in immaculate condition and it's easy to find what I need. Mike recently helped me over the phone and in person with a purchase and went above and beyond to ensure a good experience. Thank you for your help Mike and someone needs to give you a raise!

Their pharmacy staff is wonderful and have no problem when I request a generic from a specific manufacturer ( other stores have said take what we give you or go somewhere else). Store staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love this pharmacy way better than CVS Lee is the bomb he looks like Rick from The walking Dead

Small but friendly place. Never busy and away have the essentials. Though you will pay more for convenience.
