Games Ahoy

A very nice place and a great atmosphere when I first started going I would spend mins on the arcade games they had in the front. I love the retro feel and vibe I just wish they had more game cube games that's the only category I really see lacking please fix that and you'll definitely be 100% but when they do have choices in the game category they are always good.

One of the best game stores I have ever been to. This place reminds me of what GameStop felt like as a kid, buying trading and rebuying other peoples used games! They have merch, they have card games, they have dnd stuff, they have collectibles, they have games you played decades ago, they have games you played yesterday. They do “midnight” releases. They give out coupons.
I cannot fully state my joy living near this place. Amazing store and VERY knowledgeable staff. Love it love it love it.

If your looking for old school games and epic collectibles or just a friendly card game this place should be your go to. Every moment here is like waking up on a nostalgic Saturday morning to watch some old cartoons and play some epic games. Never disappointed when I shop here they have it all! Even some of the most sought after classics like chrono trigger. Secret of mana. Etc.

If your a collector look no further.

They have an amazing selection of classic games and consoles. You'll probably find more than what you came in for. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

As others have noted, this is an epic store, with some elements of museum (/historical fun stuff) and even its own institution. They actively cultivate community and passion around gaming. They host Vincon, an epic vintage video game conference. They do trades. They host tournaments. There's merch and even a few arcade cabinets. They're very friendly and helpful.

The prices for new games are pretty standard market rates (from what I have seen) but I would much rather pay that money to this kind of store than to a GameStop or a Walmart or something.

I'm getting to be a middle aged gamer now 😫 so I see the value in supporting awesome local places like this.

Unbeatable prices on sealed Magic the Gathering product. Often 20% or more less than Haunted Game or Gryphon. Great commander community for FNM, and a small but mighty selection of singles.

This place is amazing! if they mess up or you mess up with a purchase they don't only fix it they go above and beyond! Truly put their customers first fair prices for both buying and selling can't say enough good things about this location

Easily the best location around for both video game and tabletop games. You have retro games, new releases, accessories and systems for video games. Tons of awesome other merchandise like statues, T-Shirts, posters and more!

This place is AMAZING. For any retro game fan in Fort Collins it's a must see. Smaller little shop tucked away but seeing all the products they have is like a trip down memory lane.

Oh and If you're a fan of trading card games such as pokémon or magic the gathering THIS is one of the best spots in town. Especially if you're looking for that *one* card you haven't been able to find in months.

We played war hammer 40k and bought some products from their for a discounted price. They have a great community.

The staff is friendly and helpful, while the game selection is plentiful covering everything from Atari 2600 to new releases. By far the best game store in Fort Collins.

Way better than Game Stop. Games Ahoy has more than just the newest consoles and games, they sell controllers, games, consoles etc from the early 90's even. Some collectors items here too. The prices are fair enough, and the employees seem to be enthusiastic about their job.

I had a situation at this store and am happy to say that the owner found out about it and rectified the situation. The owner was kind and apologetic about the miscommunication and my son has learned a valuable lesson. I am very happy with the end results and would just recommended that you make sure to understand the terms of trade in situations before entering them.
