Big 5 Sporting Goods

Was looking for outdoor gear for kayaking. REI was a spectacular fail. Big 5 came out the hero. I'll be checking Big 5 for gear from now on. I'm impressed by their inventory.

Great prices and as always, phenomenal customer service. Cashier Dani and Asst. Manager Easton know their products, their stock, and how to get the best deals. Dani did a hassle free return, purchase, discount and order in one smooth transaction, and Easton knew what sneaker was the best alternative to a discontinued model, where to find them, and even switched out the laces for the colored ones we bought. It's a pleasure to shop there.

I always find just what I need here. Recently I bought a kayak carrier for my kayak which makes it so much easier to access lakes. It has been so useful to get my boat to the shore. Great products at a reasonable price. Great knowledgeable people!

Staff is friendly, if somewhat hands off, and always willing to locate things when asked. The selection of sporting goods is quite good, especially given the size of the store, and the prices and sales are very competitive. This is a low key place to shop, not a lot of hassle, and fun to just browse as well.

Went in looking for a specific item. Young lady at register greeted me, asked if she could help me, then took me back to the location where my item was. Helped me select the necessary product, walked me back to the front to ring up my purchase I was in and out in 2 minutes total!! Great job!

First time I went to this store and I was very impressed. They have a great selction of outdoor gear and clothes, sporting goods, and shoes. The prices are far better than most stores that carry the same items. Several hiking and sports shoes with great names and under $40. I will be making this a regular store I shop in.

The ft Collins big 5 has a better selection than the that closed in Longmont, prices are very good

Had a customer service issue that required a supe or mgr. When I called, the rep who took the call immediately recognized the situation & transferred the call to the mgr on duty. No run-around, no guessing - just immediate good service. Since I wouldn't be in the store until after that mgr left, she gave instructions to the next on-duty mgr who handled the situation seamlessly. Thank you, Kaylene, Vicky & Melissa (sorry I didn't get the phone rep's name) - you all are great. Good communication & effortless customer service is rare these days. Glad you were all on-shift when I needed help.

Everytime I go there the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have good deals on a lot of items. This is definitely my first go to store when I'm in need of anything outdoorsy or sports related. Great store overall!

Big 5 covers sporting goods from tennis to football, skating, hockey and much more. Prices are reasonable and clothing styles up to date. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the overall shopping experience enjoyable.

Great spot for your outdoor needs. I have never been inside and not found some awesome thing to buy.

Ooooohhhhhhhh good deals went and bought me air up queen sized mattress which originally was for $49.99 and was on sale for $24.99 not bad at all....

Incredibly helpful, friendly and informative staff. Big 5 always has great prices and excellent sales, and I've always liked the chain, but this location in particular really stands out.

I like the store because they let you shop on your own They will ask if you need help but there's no pressure sales.

Almost everything one guy could need in here. Women too. Great staff. They are happy and helpful every time I go there.

Great customer service and always the best shoe prices. They also give discounts for military personnel.

Thank you for not politicalizing something like hunting like Walmart decided to. My goto place in town for any sporting goods. Way better then Dick's and anything else in city limits

Found a good price for tennis balls, excellent customer service when I looked at shoes, good selection of clothes and equipment for a small store, excellent service at check out.

I went to buy soccer cleats and they had a good selection as well as being well staffed so they took care of me right away.
