I recently bought a phone here and the kind gentlemen who helped me, Russell was really great! I really appreciated his help. Unfortunately, a few days later, I came back in to get a screen protector for said phone and the two ladies that were working were incredibly rude. I waited patiently in line for 30 minutes to be helped and right as I was about to be helped, someone else walked right in and up to one of the workers and was immediately being helped. I was appalled. I won't take off any stars off as I really liked Russell! But I really expected better service from the other two workers.

Russel spent so much time helping me restore service to my old iPhone 6!!! Thank you so much for all the time you put into that process. I personally don’t even have that amazing of service in north Colorado but I have really strong service in pretty much the entire south east half of the country but I will NEVER switch companies because of the customer service, I’ve literally always had the best experiences with customer service with cricket! Thank you so much to everyone that makes the company a success especially russel!! (I apologize if I’ve misspelled this gentleman’s name)

I had the most amazing experience here the other day. Ashley and Karen were so nice and helpful. I broke my phone and the insurance sent me a broken one, so I decided to come in to figure out what to do. Ashley and Karen were so helpful with the situation and I ended up just upgrading my phone. They were making me laugh when I was feeling frustrated and on the verge of tears over the situation. They seemed genuine about their concern and were eager to help. I would give these two, more stars if I could.

I switched to Cricket and immediately had issues connecting to cellular data/internet. After 10+ hours on various calls with tech support from Cricket, ATT, and Apple (and a couple of escalated — but unsuccessful — calls to super-techs), I went back to this store on the off-chance someone there could help me, and Russel came to the rescue! He listened to my woes, and then you could see his wheels turning on how to solve it. He did! He was patient, pleasant, and ultimately the one who figured it out!

My phone died unexpectedly. Came here for advice and was helped by Russell. He was great! I feel like he gave me an honest run down of what my options were and things I could try to first revive my phone. In the end, I went with an inexpensive new phone to tide me over while I research the flagship models.

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The gentleman who helped me was right on and he was funny and he made me feel right at home and he helped me with an issue I had also went in to make my payment very quick but very knowledgeable. He should get a raise

Russel was super helpful and spent a lot of time answering our questions and getting us set up. He was polite and worked as fast as he could to get everything going.

This store is no longer at this address: Go to the new Cricket store at 2539 S College Ave. Unit B, just 1 block away. They are incredible. Fast, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes. We are so glad we happened onto this store. We've never had service like this before, anywhere with any other server.

I came in today and this young fine gentleman helped me out with my phone switch. Dustin was very welcoming and friendly and helped me out with everything I needed. Thank you to cricket and staff for always being great.

About 4 months ago I decide to get my first smartphone. To make this decision financially feasible I had to leave the company that rhymes with horizon. I was worried about switching providers due to coverage and reception. Needless to say, I am super pleased about Cricket's product and service. What makes me proud of my decision is the exceptional customer care personnel! Raphael is super knowledgeable and exudes the essence of a Subject-Matter Expert. Everytime I am in there, this guys is quick and friendly which really validates my choices. Thanks, Raphael... Sorry if spelled your name wrong.

Awesome employees. Affordable phones that last. I always stay with cricket because replacing a phone doesn't wipe out your bank account. It's great for those of us that tend to kill phones.
