It was a male associate helping my sister with perfumes, I guess the one she ask about was in other section then his, so he passed her off to other associate she made the sale 😒 The guy showed her several perfumes but none appeal. He should be reconize for outstanding customer service 😍💯

The customer service was great. I was greeted and given a Jimmy Choo sample on our way out of the door. It was clean and organized. However, two of the older Black women behind the perfume counters seemed very upset. They weren’t eager to help and glared at my mom, sisters, and I. They didn’t say anything to us but we definitely didn’t want to ask them for help. The samples were great but a little messy in the makeup aisles. The makeup cashier really seems to know their stuff. They were a great hire! There was a little wait but the checkout process was very smooth. We were able to get the perfect Father’s Day gift thanks to one of the men behind the perfume counter (a Black man with dreads and glasses)

I didn't know there was a Starbucks inside Macy's, 2nd floor next to mall entrance. Nice spot to get a coffee and take a little break. Line wasn't too busy. They had charging outlets and Macy's had free WIFI.

This place is great especially for surprise party's staff is great

All of the employees I worked with were very nice. One opened my package for me (I was picking up an online order) and another did an exchange for me and waived the fee that is usually charged since the item was under $50. Another helped me find a certain cut of jeans that I was looking for. I had given up and she kept looking and, once she found them, she sought me out to let me know.

It's a great place to shop. It's a one-stop shop for everything. A grade below Nordstrom and a grade above JC Penny or Kohl's.

Easiest pickup ever! No walking thru the store for my purchase pucknup! Entry from parking lot. Will always choose this option!!

Most of the clothes are good quality. They have good prices on Seiko watches. They were on sale so i bought one. A day/date model and solar rechargeable for about 250$

Stephanie was very knowledgeable,she helps clients, with no complaints. She stopped what she did and helped me order what I needed. She is also efficient at their work, smiling and helpful. Stephanie is the best saleswoman!

Clean as usual but no employees in the junior's department as usual you have to look for employees but never the less got what I needed not the same as the old days the quality of the clothes and the brands taken away are missed I myself did 16yrs with them, but I did absolutely love my in and out
