I'm new to the area and this was the first time I had ever been in there it was nice everyone was polite and helpful a calm atmosphere and very clean

They help you no matter what and are happy to lend some tape for your package🤗

Went to the UPS Store thinking I needed UPS when I actually had a prepaid FedEx label. The nice girl at UPS gave me some packaging material, taped up my box and got it all ready to go and set me down the street to the FedEx drop off. Great service!

While in the store today I witnessed another customer being extremely rude and yelling at an employee for her refusing to notarize an incomplete document. The employee was absolutely correct in her explanation of why she couldn’t sign it. She held her composure and was very respectful and professional in a situation that escalated quickly. Well done young lady!

I would give these girls 10 stars if I could!! Absolute dolls here!! Answered all my questions and eventually packed and shipped my package with the same kindness I would have myself!! Thank you so much for appreciating me as a customer!!

Dec 17th I mailed a package to my grandbabies in Tennessee 2 day priority and it costed me about $43. A little over a month later my babies got their Christmas presents. I shipped USPS.....big mistake and all they could say was "sorry" so this time I mailed a 29 lb box to my babies and 2 days later they got it and they were happy happy happy. This grandma loves when her babies are happy.....thanks UPS

The staff here are super heroes! Erica and Caitlyn SAVED me AGAIN by most recently getting things shipped while I was out of town. Thank you SO much for going above and beyond!
