Great service. When I placed my order they were out of the sized socks. Received a phone call asking if another size would work. They reassured that with my foot size being "between size" they will fit. The fit was perfect. I was also missing an item and when reported, it was mailed out the next day and was mailed with 4day service.
I appreciate service like this.

Received a referee smartwatch as a Christmas gift. After one day the watch stopped working. Worked with the support folks and the manufacturer to troubleshoot. Manufacturer determined watch was under warranty and to reach out to referee store for a replacement. Referee store was prompt and sent a new watch. Found them to be very responsive to my questions and working with me through the exchange process. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!!

I was missing part of my order and I sent them an email and less than a day later the missing part was in the mail with an email to let me know what they did to fix it fast! Wonderful service from the referee store! Will be using them again!

I’ve been purchasing referee gear for 20 years and recently discovered the Referee Store. The quality and pricing is very competitive compared to the vast number of uniform and accessory purchases I’ve made over the years. They ship fast and communication was excellent. You wont be disappointed with their service!

My Association has been ordering here for years with no issues. On this year's order, I received a pair of Shoes with a Mfr defect and Referee Store addressed the issue with a return label and a full refund. Their customer service associate, Andrea was a pleasure to deal with.

Always on time delivery and great products. I have ordered a number of items from the store, including whistles, bags, watches, flags, uniforms, shoes, cards, com system, etc. I think the best thing I can say about the Referee Store is that when something isn't quite perfect (e.g., had an issue with a Spintso watch), they remedied the situation with excellent communication. I am a loyal Referee Store for life!

Prices are comparable to competition, but they offer a very nice $5 flat rate that you don't see elsewhere (and only $8 for expedited).

They might not have the biggest inventory (shoes in particular, but this isn't their bread and butter), but they do have a lot of niche products that aren't easily located elsewhere.

My one and only criticism is about the website: Reviews are sorely lacking with many products having absolutely none. Customers are to blame for this one more so then the company, but perhaps offering some sort of incentive to customers for leaving reviews would help. At least until they are a little more fleshed out might work. (I'll do my part when I get/use my item)

I'm sure it has been said multiple times, but Refereestoreusa is the best in the business. Their customer service is outstanding and they deliver a quality product at very fair prices. They shipped my order right away and it was accurate as always. I have recommended them to my local association and have the utmost confidence that they provide the same excellence to them as they did for me. Easily 5-stars.
