I purchased a brown, faux-leather handbag from the Natchez location. It wasn’t even a week before the chain dislocated from the bag. I asked could I exchange or receive store credit because I didn’t want to return it. She told me the best thing I could do was to get a paper clip to connect the chain back to bag because I didn’t purchase from the location. Being that I work in retail, I have customers return items from different locations. I felt like she could have accommodated me a little bit because it wasn’t like I was trying to return the bag. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
