My wife and I visited the store and had an amazing experience. Maxine patiently answered every question we had and was so friendly, making recommendations and helpful advice. The store had an awesome selection.

I loved my experience here I was shy at first because I had a few questions and there was girls here but.Jessica and Max put me at ease very fast with how nice and professional they are. If you every had any questions the staff is knowledgeable to the best of there ability and love the environment here. I felt very comfortable to be myself here definitely recommend for first time buyers or anyone who wants to just come in and see what’s new

This place is 5 stars time ten. Everyone there is so sweet and they make sure you have a good time as soon as you walk in. Jessica especially. Shes truly an adult store genius and runs that place with astounding leadership. She runs a tight ship and makes sure her staff are experts in what they sell. The toys are decently priced and they are well stocked. Thank you to my friends at playtime boutique. You guys rock!!!

This store is great and has amazing products. I absolutely love the fact that they have plus size lingerie. It’s hard to find pieces for big girls and that isn’t expensive. The staff here is great especially the manager! They will help you with anything big or small.

Staff is always very kind and helpful, the manager has so much pride in her store and it shows! Definitely helped me expand my horizons and explore. I definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to break out of their comfort zone.

Went here a couple days ago to get a few toys and some royal honey. Brother behind the counter had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable about the product! I appreciate him!

this is by far and wide the single greatest adult store in the tri-state area. the employees are amazing and knowledgable about every product they sell right down to the very T. Jessica, the general manager, is the sweetest delight, and she walked me through my entire purchase and calmed my anxiety and worries about being here. She and the other employees have made me feel right at home! Do yourself a favor and go down to Playtime for all your adult needs, they'll take care of you like you're one of their own!

Let's start off by saying I'm a online shopper. That being said this was my first time going to a brick and morter adult store. When you walk you are greeted by the employees. You notice right away that the store is VERY CLEAN!! Huge plus in my book. This store is geared toward the high end category of toys. They have a huge selection of basically anything you want. And im sure if they don't have it they can get it for you. The employees are super helpful. Theres no reason to be shy because in that kind of business they hear everything. I had questions and they had answers. They arent pushy trying to get you to buy something you don't want. They will recommend things that they personally have. But it stops there. I was so comfortable that I will be bringing my wife back because she's the conservative type and they will make her feel comfortable. Don't pass by this place. Stop in. You won't be disappointed!!

I love this store, I was really shy and I wanted to explore but wasnt sure where to start. The staff made me feel comfortable and let me open up about what I really wanted. It means so much to me that I found a place that helps me test my limits and get to know myself better ❤

The playtime boutique was the first toy store I had ever been, and i love it. Me and my wife have been here numerous times to shop for toys, and her cute little nervous butt deep down gets a thrill from shopping at toy stores with me..lol. They have a clearance rack with awesome deals which i always hit up. To be honest one of our favorite toys came from the clearance rack and was a full 50% off. Definitely a return customer and appreciate the selection available. Nothing but a pleasure..pun intended lol

Omg! From the moment me and my friend worked in Joseph right away greeted us and helped us with exactly with what we was looking for. He helped us for our bachelorette shopping and also with personal shopping. Loved our experience!

This was just a great and empowering experience for me the young woman on staff was very helpful and answered my questions she was also very pleasant and sex positive. The selection was good and the space was very orderly.
