One of my favorite craft stores. The rewards program is decent and if I really want something, at some point during the month it will probably go on sale if I'm patient. Great place for crafting classes, kids gifts and activities, or the do it yourself project. I love to wander and look for a new craft project or hobby.

Super friendly and helpful staff. (And very patient for those needing lots of extra help.) The staff was also very accessible, which is not always the case in most stores. The store was clean and easy to maneuver. The prices were reasonable and it was easy to download a coupon from he website. Overall, it made for a great and easy shopping experience.

We enjoy this Michael's. They let us bring our dog in, very helpful if we are out running other errands. Always good prices or discounts on a lot of items. After holidays their inventory on clearance and discount items goes quickly but if you can catch it, they have fantastic deals. Prices year round aren't bad though and they have a good variety of most of whatever you should need.

Lots and lots of Christmas Craft items. Everything was at least 50% off. Helpful staff and great items at a reasonable price.

As a girl with many different hobbies, most of them crafty... I could shop here for hours. :)

My sister actually recommended buying tshirts here. They had a wide variety of colors and all sizes were available for an unbeatable price of $4.99 each!

It's a rather big store. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly . If you need help finding a item they will tell you where it is or they will take you to the isle where the item you are looking for is at. There seems to be enough staff walking around the store so finding a staff member is not very difficult. They have a wide variety of articles to select from. So finding what you are looking for should not be very difficult for you.

Great for the soul, not so good for the wallet. By that I mean you'll want to spend way more than you planned to because their stuff is good quality and the sales will catch you. Lol.

I absolutely love shopping here. There clearance section is always big. I also like that they have tons of variety on everything. The photo albums are beautiful.

All in all, I'm usually pleased with my shopping excursions here (at least enough to prevent me from whining or having anything negative to say).

Today, however, I just feel like finally airing my petty greivances.
Can someone please tell me what perks they've experienced for being part of the reward program? I don't understand the point of it. They ask for my phone number prior to ringing up the sale, so that my account is accessed, yet I've never been privy to any special offers, discounts, coupons, a free artificial flower - nothing, nada. I DO get coupons via email, but they're the same ones any average Joe off the street can get
Oh, and don't let me forget to mention, (because I typically would, just as I forget to mention the stinkin' coupons during checkout) that they'll never ask you if you have any coupons, and then I forget that I always do. I suppose most retailers don't ask, so I can't be too upset that. Or about my memory. Or about my strong desire to hurry up and get out of the way for the person in line behind me because I only had MAYBE my typical forty-ish items.
One last thing - I'm rather tickled about it at the moment, which is better than the emotion I felt earlier today. The cashier asked if I wanted a bag for my purchases. Now granted, shopping was sparse today compared to my norm. I probably had 20-25 items. I had paid. No shopping bag in hand. I briefly thought I misheard the question, but answered my affirmative, "Yes", then glanced at the woman behind me, looking for any sign that I just said the wrong thing to who knows what. Thankfully, I apparently did hear correctly, which brings me to: How did she think I was going to carry all of these items of varying sizes? How? It was a bit puzzling.

Anyway, Michael's, please replenish your discount priced ribbon. The rows are all almost empty.

Great experience! The store layout is logically organized and I could find what I needed really quick. They had some awesome deals that they just automatically applied. I only paid 2/3 of what I thought I would. Plus good staff.

I LOVE this store! So many things to look at here, I can easily spend an hour just looking around. I consider it my "home depot" of choice! From some of the coolest frames, home decor and holiday decorations, activities for my kids and needs of my own, it's my go to place. The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

I am so thankful to the staff here for putting up with me every time I come in to buy markers. I'm not the best with color so when I need to find the perfect color marker for something I always ending up asking the staff to eyeball it for me. They're always very nice and helpful about it and I'm do glad that they are. I've thought about applying for a job in the past, because I would love to talk to customers about what kind of art projects they are working on, and I think it would be nice to talk to an employee about what kind of art they do, to make a sense of art community and get to know the people working. But I might just say that because talking about art with new people is a nice experience.

Very clean, easy to find products here. The staff is very friendly and understanding. They do the checkout experience right having a full counter of cashiers to expedite the wait. Overall I recommend this store to people looking for arts and crafts and in-home decor.

Lots of promos as usual. Loved the selection, the store seems organized and the associates are friendly. We bought 3 decent sized plants to put into our terrarium and even a tortoise figurine and spent under 20 bucks.

We were looking for wedding flowers. We had multiple employees helping to get extras from the back. We didn't even ask! They just offered! At checkout, they asked if we'd like the flowers put in boxes so 2 additional employees got boxes, put them together and packaged everything. All of the employees were extremely helpful and we're always smiling and friendly. Such an extremely wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

I love this store! One of my favs. They almost always have what I'm looking for. The staff has always been friendly and happy to help me find what I'm looking for. They even offer demonstrations on crafts. They have a rewards program that is terrific. Even ordering online from their website is easy but not as fun as wondering around the store and seeing everything they have.
