Jay was knowledgeable about the products in the store. I went in for new phone and plan upgrade. I'm a mid 50s aged man and he asked if I wanted to see the new tech. The eargos hearing aids, smart move in my opinion. Haven't bought a pair yet but I'm heavily thinking about it.

Had a better than expected experience getting my phone upgraded today. Received excellent service, she could not have done a thing better. Only con would be the time it takes to do the actual update, but it’s definitely better than it used to be.

This store and Dakota the worker are awesome and they definitely made the experience way better than what it could have been. Walking into the store which is normally empty but Dakota let us know about the store policy about numbers within the store and was professional & polite. On arrival there was a guy already having trouble getting a new phone and was having a rough time. Luckily Dakota was managing his situation because he was also able to help me as well, as well as another customer and was doing his best/making sure all of us were taken care of or at least what he could control and trying to get us started so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting forever which sometimes seems like a trend at other Verizon stores. I ended up being at the Verizon store for close to two hours ( which is actually the least amount of time I’ve ever spent at a Verizon store), but upon leaving I wasn’t upset, frustrated, or discouraged because Dakota was doing what he could the entire time and was being awesome, professional, and helpful while multitasking everything/everyone’s problems. I specifically like this store because it’s usually low key and you don’t have wait times like at other stores and from what I have noticed the people at this store seem a lot more friendly and helpful and make the experience way more pleasant.

The employees were super helpful. Super nice always had a smile on their face. I love going in there and being able to get what I need done by people who are nice work hard and I just nice people to be around.

Cynthia was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and showed interest in providing me with the best phone to meet my needs. She stuck with me throughout the entire process, allowing plenty of time for answering all of my questions. She was very helpful, and I plan to visit the Blair Verizon store again should further questions or concerns arise.

Cynthia was super knowledgeable and spent all the time I needed, even though there was another customer waiting.

I only make the suggestion below not to criticize Cynthia; but so Verizon will improve their policies, protection and equipment for the benefit of their employees and customers!

(I would like to see improvement regarding masks. Her mask did not adequately cover her nose, it kept slipping down and she had to repeatedly pull it back up. Her mask also looked old and worn out.)

Cynthia got it all done and noticed a flaw in the screen, and called to find another a50 due it being the last one in their stock at that store. I ran some errands and came back. She had driven 30 min to another store to get me a phone with no flaws. I came back, and did the last bit of signing and played for it all. I left with all the proper protection for my phone and a plan that fits my needs. Great job and great service.

What an amazing experience!!! Cindy was awesome, I have never had better customer service!! I am so glad I stopped here instead of at the corporate store in Omaha. I recommend everyone goes here for all your cellular needs.

I needed help that I did not get from the maple store Omaha. Lucia was terrible. I asked if she could send all my stuff to new phone, she said no. I said I don't think I was capable of doing it myself. Her reply was you can read can't you. No help and left never to return. Now I went to Blair, and what a difference. Patience, helpful, explained everything. Give her a raise.

The service was great the credit card machine on the other hand did not work took longer to get done not the representative the machine not her fault

I just want to say Cory Jensen in Blair is amazing! I live in Omaha and have been trying to buy a new phone for a while but some of the stores in Omaha will not transfer my photos or music. Cory Jensen at the
Blair store was GREAT, he transferred everything for me. He put my screen protector and case on. He even called Apple to make sure my music was transferred correctly. I was so impressed with him and his co-worker, fantastic customer service! I will definitely make the drive! Thanks so much! Michelle

I had an excellent experience getting a new phone here. Things cost more than the should but that isn’t necessarily their fault and they were clear and forthright in explaining what the charges were for. Would not hesitate to go back.
