Smith's

Today is a very windy day in the valley and I had already been to one store and the power went out. Smith's was the 2nd store I had been to. Maria was ringing me up in the liquor section and there was an issue and she had to void out my transaction. I believe they were having issues due to the wind. Their power had already gone out once today as well. Maria went and got help to get me checked out. 3 registers later I was successfully checked out. She stayed with me and apologized the entire time. Amazing customer service!!!

I'm handicapped and needed an instore scooter. The first security guard ghosted me and left me hanging. Not even coming back to my car to say he couldn't find one.
I found a shopping cart next to a parking space and used that to be able to walk. The next security guard I encountered saw that I was struggling and immediately got the scooter for me, which was in the place it is for charging. His name is Chad. Chad was so helpful and even assisted me with my shopping. Thank you Chad,you are the best!👌

Very rewarding experience! I never used to shop at smiths in the past because I thought the prices were too $$$ but I have come to the conclusion that every branch is different and prices are not always the same just like any other chain store. I love this branch and I find it to be setup very logically. It is easy to shop at and I can pretty much guarantee that they will have exactly what I am looking for on most occasions. They have excellent products and quite a satisfactory selection of both big name brands as well as the more affordable store chain brands. I have found that (in my humble opinion) the store brands are more often than not quite comparable to any of the big name products. I love coming to this store and I will continue to support them with my business for a long time to come.

I have gone to Smith's for years. I love the Food and it's the Best Pharmacy. Great staff in store and in the Pharmacy.

Sage the customer service representative that handles the carts and bags was amazing, he saw I was disabled and immediately came to help. He had a sense of urgency that really helped me out today. I want to personally thank him for his good work. I also want to say thank you to Steve in the red vest for being so considerate and kind. This experience was over the top fantastic and i really needed the help and they were there immediately. Everyone at the store is nice but these two really set the bar. Thank you for hiring such great staff, I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

This store is great. It was my main store before I moved to the southwest. Only one bad incident two years ago. The security guard mistook me for some homeless woman who caused a scene earlier that day. The manager recognized me as a regular and apologized to me. The guard didn't apologize. Can't blame Smith for the stupid security guard. This was my favorite store,miss it. 😘😘👍

Amazing staff. Alvin at Customer Support was very kind and handsome to me when I asked for assistance with the avocados. Very CONSIDERATE and great SERVICE. The snack working in the produce section was also very patient and assisted me well. Will be returning again soon!

Centrally located for us. It's never too crowded and usually has everything we need. Late night staff great! Always helpful.

Amazing Customer Service! Have gone 3 times! Recently this week and have had an employee named Angel who is usually pushing carts or bagging groceries(looks about 20, tall and glasses) helped me and show initiative. He literally is the reason why I enjoy going to this location because I know if he is there I am without a doubt not worried when it comes to getting help! I asked him the first time if they had more of an item I was looking for and he went out of his way to look for it and bring it to me! Ive asked the same before with different ppl but get the same lazy response,"whatever is on the shelf is what we got" He also has gone out of his way to help me put groceries in my car and asks for help when he sees I need it and he cant really help me. Thank you Angel and Smiths for hiring such good employees! That young man needs a raise! I would also like to mention Jeremy and a guy who does magic tricks for the little kids! Those guys are really making you guys money and loyal customers!

I love shopping at this Smith's store as the employees provide excellent customer service & are nice. I've never had any problem at this store. And I just want to thank all your employees for being brave & working during this whole Covid 19 thing. About 2 weeks ago I had a cashier his name was Steve it said on my receipt. He had been very patient with me as I was putting the groceries on the belt slowly as I was afraid I was going to go over the limit of all the groceries I was buying & I didn't have the cart ready to have the groceries to be put in until after I paid & Steve put all my groceries in the basket for me. Sorry about me being slow that day & thank you for having patience with me.

I was so happy to buy 18 eggs for $1.49 (with the digital coupon) today!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see a young man sanitizing the shopping carts outside near the entrance. I am happy to see people doing their part to help keep their customers safe. Thank you, I have always had a good experience at all Smith locations!

I like this Smith's very much. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions that I may have. I'm always greeted when I come across an employee which is a big deal to me. The store is always clean and well stocked. Customer service is always helpful when I've needed their services.
