It's a new shop and on my first stop, they didn't have the tobacco or filter tips that I usually prefer. Without me asking, he guaranteed that he would get those in stock as soon as possible. Sure enough, the next time I stopped in, both items were there.

They have a great variety of products for a small shop and you'll always find what you're looking for. The owner/manager answered all my questions and will go out of his way to make sure you're satisfied.

I'm very in-and-out as a shopper and kind of low-maintenance as a customer. I only stop here every month or two, but he still remembers who I am and what we talked about in those brief stops.

I have been going here since they first opened. The brothers who own the shop are both very polite and professional. I prefer these guys over any shop in lincoln. They know there stuff and always have what i want in stock. Great prices on everything. 10/10 recommend them to all my friends.

Best customer service I've ever received, they always have the best recommendations, especially if you don't know exactly what you want. Always super nice, nothing but good things to say. They also have dang near anything you need. They often get new inventory of things and listen to feedback.

I'm not sure if the guy at the counter is the owner or not ( pretty sure he is) but this is a great location!! Absolutely great prices,inventory and the absoutle best customer service hands down. Would High ly recommend giving this shop a look. Prob end up saving you some money!

This shop (the sister store to Aladdin Tobacco on 27th and Orchard) is easily the best tobacco shop in town. For me though, what sets them apart is the character of the family that runs the store. Great people for whom I have great respect.

The owners Taleb and Amean are second to none when it comes to customer service, great products with many high quality brands to choose from. Even with Lincoln having a bunch of shops, these guys blow them all out of the water in every aspect.

Very good customer service and had everything I was looking for! So many flavors of Elfbars to choose from. Also, don’t get me started on the delta-8 edibles they carry!
