I needed help removing a license plate from my car. Kevin was there and busy but he still took the time without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. He was nice as he helped me and others needing his help too. He made my day. Thanks Kevin and Ace.

Went above and beyond, employee chris helped me search the internet and then the store for the correct size item I needed.

So friendly and nice. Several workers ask how they could help me and greet you kindly. I love going to this store.

Worked with a couple younger guys and then Richard who were all wonderful. Richard took the time to demonstrate how do use an expensive chainsaw that I purchased. Very informative and patient with my questions. Had bought a different chainsaw from a big box store then found a better selection at the smaller Westlake Ace Hardware which has way better customer service and a neighborhood mom and pop shop feel to it. That being said they have an amazing selection of probably anything I could need. They were very busy yet getting people right through the line and very customer service oriented. Going to make this my primary hardware store from now on. Thank you!

I came in last week & needed a key copied.
It ended up being a pretty big pain to get the task completed correctly.

Needed a few things tonight. A new battery in my remote for my car. To my surprise they actually installed it for free. Then I needed a magnet closure and several screws nuts and washers. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products and were happy to make suggestions but not push any thing on me.

The employees Taylon and Gabe were extremely helpful and nice. I’m sure they had a lot of side tasks to do since it’s the day before thanksgiving, but they took the time to help us and were very kind.

10/10 I’ll definitely come back here.

I love it there! The people there are super friendly! As soon as I walked in I was asked what I was looking for (I was looking for various nuts and bolts of different sizes) by an employee. He then took time to make sure I found every single part that I needed. We must have gone over several parts from their selections, and by the way they have an impressive variety.

Even when I went to the cashier she smiled and asked me how my day was. She then added extra bagging and staples when wrapping my parts because she said "I don't want you to lose them" =). That was freaken awesome.

I live in Nebraska and like a great part of the country we’ve been having extreme cold weather. We’ve been searching for an electric space heater and finally found one here. Now we can use our main level bathroom. They are amazing and very knowledgeable and this is just another occurrence where they’ve helped us out.

If I can't find what I'm looking for, one of the
salespersons is there to help!! Great place!

Anthony the manager is awesome! I had ordered a patio set, long story short the tiles broke on it and he helped no questions and got me replacement tile and was super friendly and helpful.

Anthony the assistant manager was awesome he suggested plunging my plugged up bathtub with a toilet plugger as the commercial product they had was not only more expensive than my friend had said it would be but ALSO looked very toxic so much so that I immediately washed my hands after putting it back on the shelf!! He ALSO went above and behind and talked shop about a shared interest bicycling to work and we compared brightnesses of bicycle headlights!! I've gone there before and also gotten very good service in which the man used hardware to make a custom bracket to mount my very bright 3200 lumen flashlight to my bicycle!!!!! This local store puts the big boys chain stores to shame!!!!!!!! If everyone in the world was as nice as these two employees were we would still be living in Paradise the garden of Eden which may be a bit of hyperbole but they were extremely proficient @ their jobs, nice, polite, and friendly UNLIKE so many people these days are usually rude, in a hurry, overworked (I was in retail MYSELF @ a major national discount chain big box store for ~21 years AND ALSO gave awesome customer service as well withOUT rushing the customer along EITHER and unlike most working in retail I loved working Black Friday also) etc!!

Employees were helpful and friendly. When I first arrived and throughout my visit, I was asked, "can I help you find". The remodeling of the store and the cleanliness were inspiring. Thanks.

Well trained staff! also store is a little crowded with well stocked shelves,I had to repair a window i was told over the phone it would cost about $30.00 cost was actually cheaper than what was quoted on the phone at $13.00, went in expecting to spend about $80.00 but actually spent an affordable $45.00

Great place to pick up stuff you need. Plus the staff are real friendly and helpful to boot. If they see you, you can bet your bottom dollar that they're bound to ask you if you need help with anything.
