Kohl's

I recently purchased a set of dishes for a Christmas present from Kohl's in Bloomington. Aside from the great price, their sales associate Alicia went above and beyond to give me a great customer experience. The box was VERY heavy and she graciously volunteered to carry it to my car, which was a fair distance from the store entrance. What great customer service!!! Thank you Alicia.

This location is always a great experience. If I had to complain, it would only be about customers who are too lazy to hang up shirts they took off hangars to look at and rudely drape over the racks and not hanging them back up. Or nasty people deciding they want to set a drink cup down on a shelf, not a garbage can. Otherwise the employees, store and selection are always amazing. Just wish selfish customers could be checked at the entrance. I feel bad the employees have to deal with the slobs who don't care about others.
Thank you Kohl's for always being our go to store. You never disappoint.

Had a quick and easy experience because a salesperson named Izzak really helped us. He could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Love Kohl's and even though the cashier was slower while I was in a hurry she was completely friendly and made sure she asked all the appropriate things and made sure I was happy.

Clean, organized, and friendly staff that welcome you when you walk in! Not all that common anymore in big box stores.

This store has had an update and is easier to navigate and get around. The displays are less stuffed. Enter through the doors on the main parking lot side as the door (and registers) on the men's side are closed.
