Love it. Belk has some awesome sales going on. I bought 2 Chap sweaters for only 50.00 bucks. Original price for 1 sweater is 60.00 bucks.

My husband and I visit here from time to time for sales on children's clothes. We caught a great sale this past weekend! Definitely on the list when it's time to get bigger clothes for him. I also shop here during Christmas time. They have great selections for men and women.

This store had exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that my more local Belk stores once had the same merchandise but those brands are no longer in those stores. Belk needs to do better by it's smaller branches. I think this a prime example of what is referred to as corporate greed.

I visited this store 3 days ago. Haven’t been in quite a while, and decided to take my daughter shopping for school clothes. We stopped to look at jewelry while in Belk. The jewelry associate that I interacted with is named Chance. He was extremely helpful and also patient with me while I decided what I wanted. He was willing to give feedback on my options and wasn’t at all pushy or instant that I purchase something that I didn’t like or want. That’s a huge plus in my book! If you go to the jewelry counter at the Flowood Belk, be sure to ask for him!

Went in specifically to look for cologne so I could smell test and find the right one. They had a great selection and plenty to try. The place seemed pretty empty, not many customers or employees.

I have never had a bad experience at Belk. I’ve returned items many times and every time the customer service was excellent. I want to mention Marvin and Conswella at the Flowood store for going above and beyond for me. I had made a purchase earlier in the day in the ladies department then went upstairs to buy my son some school clothes. I asked these two if they wouldn’t mind checking my receipt from the ladies department because I didn’t think they other lady had given me all my discounts. They checked it and saved me $38 more. The next day I had to take one of the shirts back because the lady that checked me out the first time failed to remove the security thing. Marvin was there to save me again. I showed him my receipt, he removed the security thing and I was on my way. It’s nice to have friendly and helpful employees to assist customers. I love Belk. Thanks to Marvin and Conswella. 🥰

Each shopping experience is rewarding. Just about all the associates have pleasant attitudes and demeanor. Always smiling and happy to help you find what you want. The Ralph Lauren Menswear associates were especially helpful today.. Since they took time to teach my son how to tie a tie. Awesome group!

Very well 👍 organized and clean and bright lights. It looks appealing. Products a little pricey but found sales and discounted price for items that I was looking for. Always happy to be in Hattiesburg and this enterprises. Attendants showed interest and helpful.

Great customer service!

The only reason im giving 5 stars is because of Mrs. Kathy at the Estée Lauder counter SHE IS AN ANGEL A BLESSING AND JUST AWESOME her customer service skills are hands down 2021 holiday winner!! She is the only Belk employee in that store with any customer service skills. I have been hung up on by everyone else same person multiple times in all types of departments trying to reach handbags and even the manager on duty but that extension hung up on me too. I will be calling belk corporate Monday I’ve worked retail for years and years and it’s sad only one person there Mrs Kathy that I’ve spoken with that’s been clocked in working from 2pm to 6:15 pm on 12/18/21 that has had any customer service skills or even attempted to help me she must be the only person that multitask between her customers to help everyone else…it’s absolutely ridiculous I know people are busy but someone could’ve taken my name and number looked for the item that can’t be found on the belk app or website but you have it in store I seen it yesterday but couldn’t buy it for the person that was with me. I’ve only been calling about it for 3 or 4 hours trying Flowood Columbus Tupelo and someone would hear what I say and say I’ll transfer you or idk and then click hang up especially in Flowood and then when you recall that same Dept right back they don’t even answer I mean absolutely ridiculous …I wasn’t asking for the world just a certain hobo wallet that Mrs Kathy after I explained where to find it had it in less than 13 seconds in her hand… cause she is awesome and the only one working there today worthy of her job, a huge raise, and a management position! After making a purchase recently, I got home to discover that security tags were left on my clothes. This location's store manager called me almost immediately after I sent an email detailing the situation. She offered to send someone to my location to have the security tags removed to minimize any inconvenience. It's so rare to get this level of customer service, so I felt compelled to leave a review about the experience.
