Rite Aid

Very kind staff. Store is always clean. Easy to stop in and pick up something quick. Busy just before dinner, but the cashiers do a nice job getting people in and put quick.

I’m about a year now using this Rite Aid store and pharmacy. The employees are so very nice an always greet everyone with a friendly hello or have a nice day!
The store is always clean! Now the pharmacy even on a busy day they take time to make sure you get what you need Mr Doug is my favorite (yes the girls are too lol) but his smile is contagious. He has helped me with the meds I needed he made sure I got them all. Like I said I just moved up here from Grand Blanc so this was a mess but Mr Doug an his team made sure I got everything I needed I now have my favorite Rites Aid store here!

People having problems at the Drive Through need to be sure to Push the CALL BUTTON under the window. I've never had a problem either inside or at the Drive Through.

Very clean, had meds ready as quick as possible.

There are quite a few Rite Aids here but 5050 Gratiot is my favorite by far. I will go out of my way to go there.

One of the better pharmacy's in town.

Everyone there is so friendly... except the middle aged woman with the red hair. I won't even be to the counter with a restricted purchase (like beer) & she would have already asked me for my ID (very rudely)twice. I now don't even go there if I see her car in the parking lot. I have complained about her, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

I don't know where to complain. But this store's service has been going down hill for some time. I'm seriously thinking of going else where very soon. I do for some of my drug store needs already. Might as well finish it off.

Not sure what's happened in past two months here but I've had to make multiple trips call they got it done get there nope ran out of them leave they call me a hour later after I drove 40 mins to get there and 40 mins to get home to tell me they have them what a joke just very irritating. Glad gas is free to them.

I will never use the pharmacy at this location again. I went there for a prescription; they told me it would be an hour. I came back an hour later and now they won’t have it until tomorrow. I have strep throat- not really something that can wait until tomorrow. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know that it wouldn’t be in until tomorrow.
Take your prescriptions to Meijer- they’re 100X better to work with.
